Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Zadar und die Aussicht vom Balkon waren grandios. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat auf jede Frage per WhatsApp schnell geantwortet. Die Parkplätze in Zadar sind preiswert und wir haben fussläufig immer einen gefunden.
Die Kaffeemaschine war so extrem langsam dass wir nach dem ersten benutzen dazu übergegangen sind das Wasser mit dem Wasserkocher zu erhitzen und den Kaffee dann direkt aufzuschütten. Parkplätze vor dem Haus haben wir genau dreimal in 7 Tagen bekommen. Es war dort immer sehr voll und eng.

Prima appartement op een perfecte locatie. Op loopafstand van de winkels, restaurants en zee-orgel.
Het appartement was superschoon en Dino was goed bereikbaar en informeerde tussendoor of alles goed ging.
Waanzinnig uitzicht vanaf het balkon.
Parkeren was ook super; recht voor de deur en voor onze begrippen zeer goedkoop. Makkelijk te betalen met de parkeermeter.
De dekens op de tweepersoonsbedden waren klein waardoor een persoon een halve deken had. Extra dekens in het appartement was handig geweest. Goed om te weten dat je een knopje aan moet laten voor de ketel. De eerste dag had de tweede persoon nog een beetje warm water en de derde en de vierde niks meer.

The apartment is located in the heart of Zadar and is very cozy, with two double bedrooms, one single room, and a living room that’s relatively separate from the other areas, featuring a comfortable sofa.
The view and the terrace table with enough chairs are fantastic.
The host was very kind and responded to our inquiries immediately. There’s convenient parking right next to the building, with a daily rate of €7 (as of 2025), and hourly payment is also possible.
Keep in mind that the apartment has only one toilet.

Our view was absolutely spectacular. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony with the view of the ocean to get us excited for each day. You are in the center of the Old Town so there are so many shops/restaurants, as well as access to the water/beaches within walking distance. Our host, Dino, was so easy to communicate with. He made our stay an absolute pleasure. Would definitely stay here again.
The apartment is on the 5th floor so if someone forgets to close the door to the elevator, it can be a little bit of a hike (I was also 7 months pregnant). If I wasn't pregnant, it would not have felt so difficult.
