Urban Apartments with sauna

I would like to warn Booking.com about the misleading advertising of the apartment we booked. Firstly, the main photo does not correspond to the actual condition of the building at all; from the sea side, it is not residential at all. Secondly, the apartment is practically in the attic, and one small window almost at floor level does not let any daylight into the room, which is very depressing, although the advertisement says it has a beautiful view of the city. On the website, the photos of all the rooms are mixed together, so you don't understand which room is yours. In the end, our room was very cramped and dark. The description of the amenities is correct—modern renovation and good condition of the appliances, but overall, the price is not adequate for the quality. It is completely unclear how to get to this building. We arrived in the evening and spent almost an hour and a half with the taxi driver looking for these apartments until the owner sent several photos with instructions. This is completely dishonest advertising. During our entire stay, the owner did not ask how we were doing, and on the day of departure, he came at 9 a.m. and said that check-out was at 10 a.m. and we had to vacate the room. In none of the hotels I have stayed at has check-out been before 11 a.m. And there was nowhere to leave our belongings. So we walked around the city all day with all our belongings because our flight was at 10 p.m. Very recently, we stayed in Kotor through Booking.com, and for less than the price of these apartments, we had a wonderful two-room apartment with a balcony and a view of the mountains, even though Kotor is no worse than Zadar and is actually much more popular. So, we kindly ask Booking.com to make the owner remove these beautiful photos that do not correspond to reality.

Great location, kitchen well stocked and beach towels provided. Very easy check-in/out and I was able to check in early which was great.

It was hard to get things to dry as there was just the one small window.

Location was very convenient for swimming, walking around the Old Town and accessible to/from the bus station; room was clean and well equipped. Perfect for our stay and the 30 minute grace period to check out was appreciated.

We liked that it was close to the old town and a good breakfast

The location wasn’t accurate, advertised as a beautiful building on the water with views, we were in a claustrophobic room with a tiny attic window at the back of the building with a small view of roofs. So small difficult to open our suitcases.

The Apartment's location was perfect, just a short walk to the heart of the old town. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Zadar.

As a great bonus, the Urban Apartments also had a sauna, which was very relaxing after a long day. I truly enjoyed my time there.

- The location on the sea front is great. Located directly in the old town, you have access to all the amenities that you need. - Facilities were pretty good, the electric cooker worked well and we were comfortable in our stay. - Everything was clean and tidy, we had no issues with this. - The sauna was a nice touch and was very relaxing. - Despite being in the old town, the area was very quiet and we got peaceful sleep. - We hardly noticed that there were other guests staying in the other rooms despite them being close by. - The owner gave us clear instructions to help with our check in/check out and was available if we had any questions

- We would have liked access to a washing machine, especially during the summer this would be useful.
