Apartments Santa Lucia Exclusive

We loved absolutely everything about this apartment. The location is perfect – right in the heart of Zadar Old Town, so everything is within walking distance: restaurants, cafés, the sea, the promenade and all the beautiful places in the city. The apartment itself is beautiful, stylish and full of character. We especially loved the combination of the old stone walls and beams with the modern, comfortable interior. It felt very cosy and like a real home, not just a place to stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. And a special thank you to our host, Luka. He was incredibly kind, helpful and responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything. His recommendations and care made our stay even better. We truly felt welcome here and would happily stay again.

Honestly, it is difficult to find anything we didn't like. We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was exactly what we hoped for. If we had to mention one small thing, the Old Town can naturally be lively and busy, especially in the evenings, but for us this was actually part of the charm of staying right in the centre of Zadar. Everything else was great.

Great central location in old town. Responsive hosts, great facilities.

The key to turn the power on was a little annoying particularly w 2 people staying but manageable.

Entrance to property is very mucky with people sitting at bottom of stairs from restaurant smoking and eating having their breaks. The staircase is very old and needs repairs. There are six flights of stairs not three, which are quite hazardous especially if you are aged over 40. Not suitable for oldies. We struggled with our suitcases and my husband is struggling with his back. Very noisy at weekends from local bars below. Bed very hard. We were staying for two weeks but no change of bedding. In fact we left after 10 days as sleeping was not good.
