Fantastic location overlooking the Roman Forum and evening sunsets. Well appointed kitchen. Easy walk to the Sea Organ.

Missed having a toaster. We needed to use the A/C unit to avoid mosquitos at night.

The best place in Zadar

The host was incredibly nice, hospitable and helpful (his mom as well!). The place was great, especially the huge balcony with an amazing view! The localization was perfect as well, right next to the sea and the most important monuments. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine :) The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. Would definitely recommend and we cannot wait to come back there!

10/10 perfect place to stay!!

This is one of our very favorite places we’ve ever stayed! The location is absolutely perfect!! The view from the balcony was heavenly, and our host was incredibly kind and accommodating. The home is well stocked with everything we needed, and he was so sweet to provide a water, juice, wine, milk, and chocolate for us. With a late flight, it was so helpful to have a few things for morning! We can’t wait to come back!! We had a car, but ultimately just left it parked in front because we walked everywhere from the property, aside from our day trip to Krka Falls!

the property is overlooking st donats church and the sea, amazing sunsets from property, the host davor is very very kind and welcoming and responsive to our queries and stored our bags for us on the first day which was more than helpful, this apartment is highly recommended. we also fell in love with his dog floki!!!!

Wonderful apartment to explore Zadar

Great location- easy to get to from a car, but on the edge of the old city, an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. The apartment includes a lovely balcony where you can sit and eat, from there you can see the ocean and the roman forum. Everything was in great condition, and our host provided everything we could need- from saran wrap to dishwashing soap.

The only downside to the apartment is it requires a lot of stairs to get to! But the view is worth it once you get to your balcony!

Perfect appartement! Everything is there what you need. Good beds and outstanding view. Right in the old town so a very good location. You can swim at the "dock" 3 min away. Davor "the host" is also very helpfull and kind! You should book it!

AMAZING, you will love it

Amazing!! The apartment is super comfortable, clean and the location, balcony and view are absolutely breathtaking! We loved it! There is all the ware necessary for cooking comfortably, and dishwasher and washing machine. The owner is super kind and was very helpful with all the doubts we had about the town. We absolutely recommend!

Zadar Dream Apartments were a real Dream! You will not be disappointed!

WOW!!! This apartment was perfect....yes there are a few stairs (I think 80 to be precise) to reach the fourth floor, but totally worth it! The view of the churches, and the famous Zadar sunset AMAZING!!!! highly recommend one night to sit on the apartment balcony (which is large) with a glass of your favourite liquid and enjoy this spectacular sunset. The apartment it self has been recently renovated, so everything is new, and super clean! Location is perfect, in the heart of it all, simple walking distance to everything you need. Our host Davor is top class, super helpful, friendly and just one of the most genuine nicest people you can have the pleasure of meeting. Thank you Davor, we look forward to seeing you again when we visit beautiful Zadar again.

ZADAR DREAM- perfect getaway

The reality exceeded expectations. Much better than the pictures. Clean rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, air conditioning, towels, washing machine. There was wine, juice, water, olive oil, etc. waiting for us there. A large terrace and an amazing view! Monuments, the sea at your fingertips. Communication with the owner perfect, nice, honest, helpful. Transfer from and to the airport at a good price and comfort. We sincerely recommend it. Brilliant place.

The best host and view we had in the last weeks in Croatia

I liked everything about the property- it was very clean, well equipped, huge balcony with a stunning view overlooking the square and sea (stunning sunset!!), comfortable bed. In the kitchen there was everything we needed, different spices, cooking oil, microwave, dish washer (with tablets). There was plenty of towels and good quality hair dryer (well received because of my long hair LOL) and iron. Davor put some beers for us and orange juice in the fridge which was much appreciated especially after a long day. Davor was very responsive and super kind and helpful and even dropped us at the airport when we left the property. This is our best booking.com experience and if we go to Zadar again we will definitely choose Davor and Zadar Dream!

Location and views from the balcony. You couldn’t be closer to the centre of the old town. Nice extra touches like fruit juice and wine on arrival. Davor went out of his way to make us feel welcome - one of the best hosts we have come across.

It would be better if the shower was attached to the wall so you could stand up while having a shower but this is a very very minor thing.

The apartement is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, but something for something (perfect view) Restaurant Fosa was a bit expensive.

Perfekter Ort für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Zadar

Top zentral gelegen und super schönes Apartment. Da ich selbst vermiete, weiss ich, wie schwierig es ist, wirklich alles super sauber zu halten. Und hier war es SUPER SAUBER! Tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick, bequeme Betten, ein kaltes Bierchen bei Ankunft im Kühlschrank - was will man mehr?

Zadarská dokonalost

Bezproblémová komunikace s majitelem Davorem po telefonu, podal nám veškeré možné instrukce jak se dostat do apartmánu. V apartmánu nás již čekala jeho sympatická a hodná matka Dragomira, která nám předala klíče a veškeré možné informace, jak o apartmánu a jeho chodu, tak o Zadaru. Poradila kde se dobře najíst, kam se zajít podívat a kde levně nakoupit. Na uvítanou nás čekala láhev vína a džus. Děkujeme za vstřícnost, protože nás na naši žádost ubytovali mnohem dříve, než je klasický check-in. Apartmán je útulný, velmi čistý a plně vybavený, cokoliv co máte ve své domácnosti, najdete i tam...od toaletního papíru, přes sprchové gely, šampony a ručníky, až po komplet vybavenou kuchyni s kávou, kořením a olejem. A to nejlepší nakonec...VÝHLED z balkonu...prostě chcete na tom balkoně bydlet po zbytek pobytu :) Z jedné části výhled na moře a z druhé části přímo na kostel Sv.Donáta...hezčí privátní západ slunce byste v Zadaru těžko hledali. Pokud budu ještě někdy mít příležitost, tak už se nechci vracet do Zadaru nikam jinam, než do apartmánu DREAM. Děkujeme Davor a Dragomira.

Zeer goede locatie, appartement en host!

Erg vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame host. Het uitzicht is zeer goed op de oude stad en zee. In de avond is er een straatmuzikant die erg goed is en de ambiance op het balkon nog beter maakt. Zeker aan te raden!
