Exceptional , we will return again for sure!!

It was about 15 minutes from the old town, we preferred a nice walk back and forth rather than the thought of trying to park each time. Condition of the apartment was fantastic, and Mislav our host could not have don't anything more to make sure we were happy with everything!!!

Garden and Pool area with bar-b-q was so relaxing and beautiful. 2 minute walk to beach and 15 minutes to the Old town. Perfect location for us and great value for money!!!

Good apartment, walkable to old town

Nice modern apartment in a small block, very clean and well appointed. Great pool area outside with optional BBQ for guest use. Easy parking and walkable (about 1 mile to old city gate and 1.5 to sea organ further into town). Restaurant a very short distance away and supermarket around the corner.

The apartment was split over two floors with a narrow spiral staircase leading to the second bedroom and balcony. Balcony was very disappointing because of access and view of other buildings (not pool or garden). There are several holiday apartments so some perhaps had a better outlook and potentially no spiral staircase. Space was a bit limited for suitcases, and the kitchenette was very basic with no oven (only a small microwave and two ring hob). Host insisted apartment was paid in cash which was inconvenient and a security risk carrying around the money during the holiday.

Great spacious apartment - great location.

Great property. Spacious living areas and bedrooms. We were in the ground floor two bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. Large wardrobes in the bedrooms. There was a small seating area outside for our apartment - this was near the entrance of the property and stairs to other apartments. Host and staff were very friendly. Great location for walking into Zadar old town. The pool area was really nice with large grass area and bbq/ dining area. Pool area was never too busy - even in August.

There was a slight damp smell in the two bedrooms. We had to leave the clothes dryer with washing/ wet clothes in the sunshine on side of the apartment next to the swimming pool - hopefully the other guests didn't mind! A second parasol in the garden would have been useful. There was only one large parasol in the garden but if you moved around the garden you could always find a little shade.

Decent, convenient and friendly host!

Mr Mislav is a very kind and friendly host. He greats us warmly upon arrival and was ready for us half an hour before checking-in. The house was very clean with everything well-equipped. The kitchen got all utensils you need and the bedrooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is also decent. We also like the pool. For location, it was the best place I ever booked since it’s only a 15 mins walk to the city centre and around 7 mins walk to the beach with a very clear water. There’s a supermarket 8 mins away and we got everything we need from there. Bus station is also just opposite supermarket, so overall this place is very accessible and convenient. After going to the national park I was suspected I got bitten by some insect and after I seek help from Mr Mislav he immediately sent his friendly cleaner and she took us to the emergency which is only 5 mins away. Felt really warm. Overall this place was decent, convenient and with a friendly host.

One thing to mention is the boiling of hot water for shower is slow so if you’re a group try not to shower within a short period of time. It takes time to heat up the water so the first day I can only use cold water for a shower. But the weather here is very hot (mid August) so it’s okay.

A great stay with family

We loved the location and the pool and garden area. The property was very clean with a lovely little terrace. We received a warm welcome from the host and had a great stay. The beach is very close - approx 5 minute walk which we loved.

The spiral staircase in the property was a little tricky for our young children and their grandmother.

Not what we expected. Disappointing.

The parking inside the property and location near to the beach.

The shared pool and the lack of “pool rules”. Other guest were very loud at nights and during the day they put towels in most of the sun beds making it impossible to have a decent chair. We ended up sitting on the grass. The host is nice but communication is limited with short answers. Payment is in cash only which is also challenging. We had to look for an ATM before arriving to take a large sum of cash to pay the host.

Lovely apartment with pool

Great location, close to the beach and 15 minute walk to the old town. Restaurants and bars nearby. Apartment was modern and well equipped. Pool area was a bonus. Complex was gated and we were able to park inside. Host was friendly and even left us a welcome gift

Modern apartments with a great pool in a very convenient location.

Pleasant host, a modern and spacious apartment. We had our own private sun terrace at the rear which was a real sun trap. The pool was 30 degrees even in late April. The location was great very handy for the beach, the central bus station and the supermarket and about ten minutes from the old town. On a quiet one way street.

The hob wasn’t working at the property but was going to be fixed by the host.

Apartments Bellamare and Zadar

We loved the apartment, it's facilities and its location. A 20min walk into the Old Town was ideal, close enough but not too close to be bothered by any noise. We paid a little extra and chose the apartment that had the large Roof Terrace (No5), which was perfect and gave us that little extra private outside space. (Perfect as we happened to be joined by a large German family that took over most of the garden area) Local Supermarkets close by and an absolute gem of a little restaurant (Kuzina) literally just round the corner was an added bonus.

Not much to be honest, but if I was to pick something, then the steps from the living quarters up to the roof terrace could do with a handrail. The refrigerator could do with an upgrade so the door storage could be utilised. Maybe some ovenproof dishes, and perhaps a second set of pillows for the bed would have been nice (but we boosted with the cushions from the sofa) ooooh and a plug for the bathroom sink!!! But I'm really searching here !!!! .

Beautiful modern Apartment, well equipped with perfect location

Beautiful modern Apartment, well equipped with perfect location near the beach, old town, shops and restaurants (all in walking distance). Very friendly host with helpful recommendations. The pool is amazing, it is warm and very clean and we spent pleasant time in the cozy garden area, enough space and seating for all guests even when fully booked. Nice BBQ and eating area. Everything is well maintained and looks just like shown on the photos. Highly recommended!

Modern and comfortable apartment in Zadar located very central

The property is located perfectly, 3 min walk from the Beach, 3 Min walk from the Supermarket, 3 min walk to the Zadar Bus Station, 15-20 min walk to the old town so you don’t need a car or even to take the bus. Uber is quite cheap so just call an Uber if you really need to. The lady who let us in Martina was super nice, any questions we had or things we needed solved were answered/solved within a heart beat. The apartments are huge and apparently we had the smallest apartment so that speaks about what you get for your stay. There was a kitchen, a big tv literally equipped with everything. The pool/bbq area is very modern and even if you don’t feel like going to the beach you can relax there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend for single, couples or families when staying in Zadar!

Great for a relaxing time :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were a group of 4 friends and was perfect for our stay. The pool and the garden are heavenly and relaxing, the kitchen is well equipped and the little balcony is a plus. 15 min walk to the center and less than 10 to the beach.

The only little inconvenience is that you have to wait a bit for the water to warm up if somebody before took a long shower.

Fantastic apartment in a great location with beautiful outdoor pool/outdoor space.

We loved everything about the apartment, especially the beautiful outdoor space & pool, which was peaceful, well designed and immaculate. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish and had everything we needed. It was perfectly located for the beach, the old town, the supermarket and a selection of cafes & restaurants. Mislov made us feel very welcome.

The rain shower head was broken so we had to rely of a slightly awkward hand held shower head. Also, the shower flooded the bathroom so a mop would have been useful. Although comfy, both the spring beds were very squeaky which was disturbing especially for our kids who woke each other up every time they moved

Great short break by the sea and old town in fab accomodation.

The apartment (room 5) was great with lovely terrace, pool and loungers, swinging chair etc. Very clean and well kitted out. Mislav the owner met us on arrival and showed us around, and also nice touch in gifting a nice bottle of wine. Excellent location, 5 mins walk to Kolovare beach and waterfront and beach restaurants. 10min walk to big supermarket. 20 mins sea front walk to beautiful old town. Watching sun set by sea organ and greeting to the sun a must, as is the climbing the Bell Tower to see old town from above. Bonus having very good local 'Kuzina' restaurant 2mins away.

Property was nice and clean, with lovely pool area and great location - 5 mins to the beach, 2 minutes to a nice restaurant and 15-20 mins walk into the old town. We arranged a taxis from the airport through the owner and were met by him when we arrived at the property.

I didn’t feel comfortable paying by cash on arrival. would be great if the property accepted card payment. Some extra blankets and pillows would have been useful and air con in the 2nd bedroom. Stairs didn’t feel that safe.

Modern apartment with a great pool in a nice location.

Pool was great, big kitchen and living area, also nice to include a washing machine to wash our clothes (we were in the two bedroom apartment on the ground floor), easy to find, within walking distance of the different parts of town. We loved Zadar!

Some pods for the washing machine would have been good, but we didn't mind buying them. Also some more toilet roll so you don't have to ask for more would have been ideal. Small things, otherwise everything was great.

The apartments are very spacious and clean. The pool also. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, very good option for a real vacation and relaxation. Kolovare beach is near, also the store and caffe bar. In our apartment there are two air conditioners which is amazing and a big surprise. gorgeous terrace for an evening drink is a plus 😁 Ps. loved the lightning under the bed in the bedroom 😁

the one thing that i would change is on the terrace - i missed some kind of “roof”. on the pictures there is some kind of cerrade but it wasn’t there when we came so there is no way of being on the terrace during the day because it’s too hot and too sunny. 😁

Great stay in this fabulous apartment. The owner met us promptly to give us the keys and show us round. Location was great - just a short walk to the beach and town. Lovely little pizza restaurant is a two minute walk.

A little piece of oasis

Mislav, was a brilliant host and nothing was too much trouble for him. We arrived late in the evening and yet he still came to greet us and was happy enough show us around and as an added bonus we had a lovely bottle of wine awaiting. The apartments are immaculately clean and ideally located. within a few short steps there is a restaurant, good food and reasonably priced. about a 5 minute walk and you are at the beach with a few bars too. the local supermarkets are close by 10 min walk and was ideal for all the essentials. Zadar town itself is around a 15-20 min walk away, and it has a perfect array of bars, restaurants and culture.

there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. As a suggestion of improvement, I do think further sun loungers around the pool are required as there isn’t enough if everyone chooses to stay by the pool.

immaculate apartment in perfect location

The location was perfect, close to the beach and about a fifteen minute walk to the old town. The pool was lovely and perfect if you are staying with children.

We would have preferred a private balcony/terrace as the ground floor apartment just has seats and table outside but not very private.
