Ferienwohnung Zadar-City

Mieszkanie jest duże i wygodne, dwie sypialnie i salon. Z salonu jest widok z okna na morze i bardzo przydatny stołek barowy ;) Można siedzieć i gapić się na morze z kawką w ręku. Idealna jest też lokalizacja. Zaraz przy morzu, 50 metrów od plaży, a z drugiej strony w 10 minut spacerem jest się na starówce z knajpkami i wszystkim co oferuje Zadar. Sklep spożywczy, minimarket TOMMY około 200 metrów od mieszkania. Z lotniska za około 15-20 euro można dojechać prawie pod drzwi Boltem lub Uberem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, nie było też problemu z wydłużeniem doby do 11 za co dziękujemy:)

I 2 piani di scale e la struttura del palazzo un po’ fatiscente

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedése van. közel volt a tenger és az óváros. Közvetlenül az út túl oldalán már úszhattunk, de azt a partszakaszt inkább csak felnőtteknek ajánlom. Kb 300-400 Méter sétálva apró kavicsos part rész is van a kisgyermekes családoknak.Autót nem kellett használni. Jól felszerelt a lakás, minden megvolt benne, amire a hétköznapokban szükségünk van .

Nem volt saját parkolója. Az udvara kissé elhanyagolt

The location is great. There is plenty of free on-street car parking close to the apartment. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment had plenty of room and is good for up to 4 or 5 people.

For me it lacked the little things that make a stay more comfortable and homely. The TV's are old and dont even have HDMI ability, I couldn't use the TV at all, which wasn't a big deal for me. The curtains dont pull up as they should, personally I think the curtains should be taken down, you dont need them, they block the nice view. At times there is a terrible smell from the pipes in the bathroom, if you travel in the Balkans you will come across this from time to time in older buildings - it's a plumbing design fault. Some of the blankets I used for bedding were old and had yellow stains, I wouldn't use these in my home for my guests. I really wish these little things had been fixed, then I would have rated this apartment much higher.
