Most things was good.

Was some dusty in the apartment. Strange entry throw the coffe bar. Also a lit bit to nousy in the evening from the coffe bar. Complicated payment, it took a long time to coordinate the right time to deposit the money. But overall it was good.

Total disappointment for long term stay.

Apartments are 50 meters away from a large beach with all necessary infrastructure and is 20 minutes walk from the old town. The renovation was as it's pictured and the apartment was clean. The mattress was quite comfortable.

We lived in apartment #2 that faced the cafe on the ground floor. From 07:00 till 23:00, people gather there to drink coffee and smoke cigarettes. Since the only window that could be opened was the main door, all the smoke was sucked into the apartment. The bedroom faced until midday sun and dark blackout curtains became hot and evaporated a still hot air. Airconditioning temperature was regulated centrally, and ywe could not regulate separately the temperature in the guest room and in the bedroom. Therefore we could not spend time in the bedroom until 14.00 and the guestroom became overheated in the afternoon. All Luce apartments are located on the ground floor, and it seemed like it is a former non-residential premises, initially built for commercial purposes and rebuilt into apartments later. Total disappointment for those who intends spending some time in the apartment and not only use it as a one night stand place.

Certainly shouldn't be your first choice of stay in Zadar!

This apartment is right next to the beautiful Kolavare beach. Watching sunsets, just lazing around, and walking on beach are amazing experiences. The apartment in itself is quite well furnished. Good shower, good bed, comfortable sofas - modern. Nice shopping centres < a km away. And the old city of Zadar is a 5 Euro Uber ride away.

You've to PAY the whole amount in cash. No other possibility. The host, albeit nice, is really pushy about it. She wants the money literally upfront as soon as you get in. Parking was a bit weird. The property states that you can park inside. On the day of arrival, the host told us that parking inside wasn't feasible due to an ongoing construction and we should rather park outside the premises. Only upon pressing a bit, did she relent. And there was no construction going on. The apartment is located next a rather busy restaurant - literally next, you share a wall with the restaurant. And the only ingress and egress to the apartment is through the restaurant through a sea of people. Finally, I really wished the host hadn't solicited with us about the various trips in and around so early and so relentlessly.

Everything needed was there and all was new. Quiet area, but only short walk to Old Town.

Bed was quite hard, wife didn't like it much, but fold down bed was ok.

Very nice modern and well equiped appartement, right at the beach and only 15minutes walk from the historical center. The terrace has a beautiful view on the sea and a coffee bar just next door.

The airconditioning wasn't functioning well which made it too hot to sleep well.

Superb

Super position, 12 mins walking distance to the old city center! And just in front of the sea (though the beach is with pebbles on a base made of concrete: you have a step to enter the water). There is a drink bar just aside, and another bar, very close (2 mins) where you can eat salads, chip, pizza and chicken nuggets. The apartment is very nice and super new, and suits well for 4 adults. There is a fridge, refrigerator, hairdryer, drying reck for towel and clothes, washing machine, free parking.

When it's hot (and this summer is really hot), the apartment gets extremely hot on the side exposed to the sun (because there are big windows and curtains, but no roller shutters), despite the air conditioning, so it was completely impossible to stay in the bedroom from 9.30 am to around 4 pm, and the living room was quite hot in the afternoon. Moreover it's impossible to have full dark in the early morning (some lights enters from the curtains in the bedroom, and in the living room you have full light as curtains are not on the glass door). The bedside table lamps in the bedroom are way too low (and one was broken) and don't enlight anything: it's impossible to read a book or have a soft light in the bedroom

Clean modern room in a quiet area. Has a bar steps away, perfect for breakfast coffee. Flexible payment options (ask host). Didn't smell of sewer, like our previous stay in the old town area.

A perfect apartment in a great location

I am really happy that I booked this apartment. Everything looked and felt brand new and it was very well furnished. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had everything that I needed for my stay. The shower was excellent, the air conditioning was a real pleasure to have, and the wifi was fast so I could use my laptop to work occasionally. Next door is a nice cafe bar where you can get coffee for breakfast or a drink in the evening while watching the sunset. The reason I chose this apartment was because I brought my stand up paddleboard with me, so I wanted somewhere close to the beach so that I didn't have to carry it too far. This was the perfect location - a 2 minute walk to the beach so I could paddle at sunrise and sunset, and then a 15 minute walk to the Old Town, so this apartment gives the best of both worlds. The apartment owner was very accommodating and helpful during my stay, which was appreciated. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Zadar.

A very nice and clean, practically designed apartment, just perfect for 3-4 people. Location in the first row of houses by the sea. Sea view from the terrace in front of the apartment. Beach 100 m away after crossing a sleepy street. Zadar's old town is only a 15-minute walk away. The hosts of the facility were very friendly and helpful. On the first day of our stay, there were technical problems with the air conditioning. They were completely independent of the owners of the facility, who, however, approached the problem solution with great commitment and successfully solved it. Overall, the property definitely deserves a strong recommendation.

La location, i consigli dell'host per la cena, parcheggio, la lavatrice

Il posto non era pulito a dovere e per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo una pulizia ottimale, i cassetti con le posate sporchi, lo stendino sporco. Sembra pulito ma solo in superficie, usandola ti accorgi che non lo è. La mattina del check-out ci viene detto che la donna delle pulizie sarebbe arrivata alle 10 quando l'orario del check-out è fino alle 11, non è stato piacevole svegliarsi e pensare di avere 15 minuti per lasciare la casa.

Emplacement en bord de mer et très proche du centre historique. La vue de l’appartement sur la mer. Appartement bien équipé et propre.

La climatisation fonctionne tres mal, fait plus office de ventilo que de Clim. Le canapé convertible est adapté à des enfants seulement mais attention il fait grand jour dans le salon pas de rideau.

Lokalizacja apartamentu była doskonała – blisko do centrum, a jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy. Kilka kroków od plaży, sklepu, restauracji. Można było odpocząć, ale także łatwo dotrzeć do głównych atrakcji turystycznych. Obok znajduje się kawiarnia z przepyszną kawą. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego wypoczynku, było na miejscu. Właścicielka była miła i pomocna, udzieliła informacji i poleciła ciekawe miejsca w okolicy.
