Stunning apartment in a perfect location!

Location is perfect - Right between the old town and the diving board (can swim to it if you wanted!). Garden area was amazing to sit at on the night and watch the sunset with the private entrance to the water coming off it really made the stay!

The host is a terrible human being and physically assaulted my family for being slow to check out (9:55 vs 10:00)

It was close to my car, so I could drive far away from there

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE. I wish I was making up this story… I traveled here with my family, both of my parents are in there 60s. When we were leaving at 9:55am the host stormed in without warning and started yelling and cursing at us for staying late (check out time is 10am). She then threw trash at us, pushed my mom and my brother, and threw sheets at us, all while cursing. This woman should not host any properties. She’s absolutely insane. I am going to make it my mission to get her delisted off of booking and any other rental platforms. You should never lay your hands on guests.

Nice Place

Very nice apartment, walking distance to everything. Apartment is well furnished with everything you might need. Swimming and beautiful sunsets just outside the door. Highly recommended.

Coffee maker too small, only 6 cups. Bed linens somewhat outdated but serviceable. Most disappointing was Zadar itself. Over crowded and expensive. Much has changed in 5 years. Probably won't return. Welcome to the EU.

Exceptional location

The apartment location was exceptional, directly at the sea front. A quick swim in the sea before breakfast wakes one up for the day. You are in short walking distance from the old town on one side and the beach on the other side. Free parking is no issue. The apartment is spacious, quiet and spotless. The owner Mira is such a nice lady, she welcomed us when arriving and came for a little chat when leaving. I really would recommend this apartment very much.

Extraordinary - you feel like in Provence!

The view from the house is breathtaking! You simply don’t want to leave. Its so central - in 5 minutes you are at the heart of Old Town Zadar! Kolovare beach is right next to the house so its very convenient especially if you are with kids. The house is spacious and equipped with literally everything you need. We are happy we found this place and we can’t wait to come here again.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in visiting Zadar. It was perfect in every way.

The Beach Apartment was is a beautiful and comfortable ground-floor unit in a building that is right on an Adriatic inlet and a short walk from the sites and food of Zadar's old city. You get a great sunset view and the patio is a wonderful place to unwind after a day of touring. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and there is free parking close by.

Zonsondergang vanuit je tuin.

Het ruime en luxe appartement was voorzien van alle gemakken. We hebben niets te kort gehad. Het appartement is schoon, mooi en completer dan op de foto's. We hebben dit appartement onder andere gekozen vanwege ons lange verblijf van 2 weken vanwege de luxe faciliteiten, locatie en buitenruimte. Buiten hebben we vele zitjes van ligbedden, loungeset en tuintafel met genoeg stoelen. Onze jongvolwassen kinderen vonden het geweldig om hun eigen zwemplek te hebben. Geen kleine kinderen etc. Daarnaast heeft het appartement een mega grote smart tv. We hebben Netflix kunnen kijken en sport, en onze eigen taal programma's kunnen streamen. Krachtige airco in de woonkamers en op de slaapkamers. Het appartement is zo ruim en efficiënt ingedeeld dat iedereen voldoende privacy had. De locatie is top! Elke ochtend haalden we verse brood en lekkernijen bij de lokale bakkersfamilie uit het centrum net voorbij de ingang van de stadspoort met hun vers gemaakte cappuccino's. Je zit overal dichtbij en centraal. Oud Zadar is nog niet eens op 10 minuten loopafstand. Vele supermarktjes in de buurt. Koffietentjes voor de lokale bewoners zijn nog het gezelligst en minst toeristisch. Het stadspark zit recht tegen over het appartement. De lido en stranden zitten op 2 minuten loopafstand. De lido en duikplanken zijn te zien vanuit de serre en tuin. 's Ochtends rond 07.00am is de zee stil en zie je lokale bewoners hun baantjes zwemmen. Heerlijk ontwaken met een kop koffie vanuit de serre is dan magisch. Ook zie je cruiseschepen voorbij komen. 's Middags in de tuin zitten onder een grote horeca parasol met een lekker drankje. 's Avonds kan je de prachtigste majestueuze zonsondergang vanuit de woonkamer én tuin bekijken. De tuin aan zee is een prachtige locatie om foto's te maken, zoals tijdens het gouden uur. Mira en Dragan zijn geweldige, lieve en attente mensen met een goed hart. Ik zou iedereen aanraden om bij hen te verblijven.
