Zadar Center Beach Apartment - DIRECTLY ON THE SEA

The balcony from the pictures did not disappoint! It was amazing being able to literally walk downstairs and go for a swim in the ocean. The apartment was very quaint and a nice play to stay. Location was great, only about a 10 minute walk to old town, and also right next to Kolovare Beach. Kids loved the public diving platform in the ocean right outside the apartment. Lana was a great host and took the time to explain everything about the apartment and was super helpful throughout. Would definitely book again!

Apartment was on the pricier end, and the most expensive place we booked in Croatia. But relative to other properties, I think it is fairly priced. You’re paying for location and the amazing balcony. Parking was in a public parking lot which we had no issues with, but it was a little tight to get into, especially if you’re coming from the south. Do yourself a favor and come from the north (old town) if possible.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, all the needed facilities, perfect location. The swim spot right next door was great, it was easy to walk into town, and the apartment was a pleasure to be in. I wish it was my home :/

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und ist wirklich direkt am Meer. Ein toller Blick von der großen Terrasse. Das Appartement verfügt über drei wirklich große Zimmer und man hat ordentlich Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein modernes Bad mit großer Dusche und allen erforderlichen Pflegeprodukten.

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern.
