Gorgeous Zadar apartment

Spotlessly clean, spacious, all the needed facilities, perfect location. The swim spot right next door was great, it was easy to walk into town, and the apartment was a pleasure to be in. I wish it was my home :/

Simply amazing

Beautiful apartment with amazing terrace views. Very clean, equipped with all you need for a stay. Lana the host is so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for an amazing place to stay in Zadar. Quite accommodation within less than 10 minutes walk to Old Town, or the other way-beautiful beach Kolovare.

Great apartment and spot on the coast

Great location just a 5 minute walk from the old town and right on the sea with a stunning view. Bathing platforms, sea water pool and pebble beaches just a couple of mins walk away. Fantastic outdoor terrace for relaxing. Well stocked with little extras like water, wine, shower gel etc. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. We were 5 and had plenty of space.

The other apartments in the block are residential so just need to be mindful of this.

Conveniently located elegant apartment with great view and friendly host

Great location and a very nice balcony from where you can watch the sunset. There was an issue with the bathroom door but the Lana took care of it. Lana was very helpful and gave us good recommendations. She was very friendly and we had a great stay.

Gracious and spacious apartment with stunning view

Loved the location (a short walk to the old town), the architecture of the gracious old apartment (high ceilings, tall windows), the lovely neutral decor throughout, a mix of modern with a few traditional pieces, the beautiful new bathroom and kitchen, and -- best of all - the stunning view of the famous Zadar sunset.

Can't think of anything - it was all wonderful.

Beautiful & well located apartment with helpful host

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony over the calm sea is amazing especially at sunset. We really liked how well-lit the bathroom and kitchen are. Everything very comfy – especially the beds. Whilst there tended to be some music from the street at night, you couldn’t hear this with the windows shut as they are double glazed and kept the sound out totally. There is air conditioning in the lounge. Whilst the bedrooms don’t have aircon, the unit in the lounge is powerful and can cool the whole apartment even on the hottest days. Really handy to have so much free parking nearby and to be such easy walking distance to the old town. Reliable Wifi. Lana, the host, met us on arrival, even though it was quite late at night, served us Prosecco, provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations, and booked a boat trip for us. Couldn’t have been more helpful! We would certainly be very happy to stay at the apartment again.

The building has a front pathway and a common entrance that are in need of repair, but we knew that before arriving from another review, and it didn’t detract from how good the apartment itself is.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und ist wirklich direkt am Meer. Ein toller Blick von der großen Terrasse. Das Appartement verfügt über drei wirklich große Zimmer und man hat ordentlich Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein modernes Bad mit großer Dusche und allen erforderlichen Pflegeprodukten.

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern.
