The location is great- all restaurants, shops and most sights were within a short walking distance. Apartment is spacious, with a cute little balcony, 2 bedrooms and a good size kitchen. Apartment is on the first floor- but even if it was higher there is an elevator to help get your luggage to your place. Host answered questions we texted pretty quickly.
Parking is a nightmare. We got EXTREMELY lucky and found a spot about a half a mile from the apartment. Download the Zadar Parking app- it will at least help you find where there might be available spots. You can't pay in advance for parking, so every morning by 8am we had to rush out to feed the meter. It's also on a main thoroughfare- so traffic noise is high.

Casa spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Posizione perfetta, di fronte al mare. Comoda per spostarsi e visitare Zadar e i dintorni.
Buona comunicazione con l'host. Molti locali nei dintorni, alcuni con musica fino a tardi ma non fino a notte fonda. Le foto rappresentano bene l'appartamento.
La casa è al piano rialzato quindi si sentono molti rumori dalla strada, si riesce comunque a dormire. Mancavano saponi e prodotti da bagno.

The location is great, the apartment is quite big for city centre
The check-in was not smooth - we paid the price of a taxi to be collected, but shared the car with other people, so we had to wait for them and then wait until they were brought to their places. Then we were dropped off not at the exactly correct spot. What is worse, when we mentioned that the check-in experience wasn't great, this was just dismissed, no effort to show any regret. The one thing that was crucial for us was 2 bathrooms as one of the people had a medical issue and needed a completely separate bathroom. However, the place does not have 2 bathrooms, it has 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, so beware if it is something important to you.
