Petrizio Palace

We booked two bedrooms which ended up actually being two separate adjoining apartments! This was great for extra space as one of us likes the a/c colder than the other. The rooms are old in a good way, and the interior architecture of the building is nice. Frescoes on the ceiling are gorgeous 16th Century art! The showers were very good in both rooms. The place was easily walkable to many shops and restaurants, as is all of the Old Town walled city of Zadar. The host is amazing! He even helped me find someone to do eyelash extensions for me and they were great! PARKING: this is the ONLY place in Old Town with a reserved parking space for guests. Wonderful to have! But, drive a small car! It was a tough spot to navigate in an Octavia sedan.

We had trouble with the washer, which we really needed to use. (Turned out it was actually broken, and not user error! The host was very responsive about this and anything else I needed.) The a/c units took awhile to get going and one worked much better than the other (in the larger bedroom) so we didn't get to sleep in that beautiful room. This is probably not a problem except in summer.

Tágas, nagy szobák. Heten kényelmesen elfértünk benne, nyugodtan tudutunk pihenni. A szállás Zadar óvárosában van, pár lépésre az éttermektől, bolttól. 20 perces sétára a strandtól.

A fürdőszobában lehetne több akasztó a törülközőknek.

It was right in the old town so a close walk to what we wanted to see. The apartment was stunning with beautiful old furniture.

No tea towels.

Karlo at Reception is super responsive, nice and helpful. The apartment is spacious and well-located in the old city, easy walking distance to all the sights. The kitchen is stocked with condiments like salt, pepper, oil.

The apartment is in a common building where the common area downstairs and the stairway don’t look clean and have recycling stored in an open shopping cart.
