It was nice but not worth the nightly rate I paid.

I selected this place based on the location and it was easy to get to and included parking. It also had a nice pool.

They had their prices posted in the room which were 25-30% less than what I paid. They listed the excuse they were prices from 2 years ago but that didn’t make sense to me, as if there’s not someone checking rooms in between guests and it’s never been noticed in 2 years. Then they said that it’s more expensive to book on booking.com which makes me feel like they lied about the first part. They also didn’t tell me until I got there that they take cash only or wire transfer. So it just felt very inconsistent and weird. I would have felt satisfied if they were willing to price match or give any sort of discount at all and if they communicated ahead of time that they don’t accept card payment. The hot tub on our balcony wasn’t as clean as expected so we didn’t end up using it as we wanted. (Water was a bit murky)

It was a great little apartment for our short stay

The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The staff were wonderful. There was a small plumbing issue that was resolved very quickly. They let us store our luggage after checkout since we weren’t leaving until later afternoon for our next location.

24 hr pool was the highlight

The room was big and very nice with an outside space , the pool open 24 hrs was a real highlight

There needs to be an ice machine for guests . 5 *hotels provide ice for guests . Guests prefer paying g with credit card . Door handle to unit should be changed to a lever for easier access

Top Villa & Excellent Hospitality in Zadar !

One of the exceptional, best apartment villa, I have stayed so far. I highly recommend this property. All the staff here is very polite and helpful. Anita from reception desk is best person who can also share her expert advise to plan out your trip in zadar ! Swimming pool , unlimited coffee all day, breakfast is worth to mention. Me and my family enjoyed our stay here.

Please keep the table fan in stock whenever air conditioning fails , it might be helpful for guest.

Beautiful property, nice staff, yet some issues in the unit itself

Our unit had an awful smell in the main bathroom. It was my understanding that the short rain somehow caused the sewer smell to get in. Also, the two AC units in the room stopped cooling overnight, so we couldn’t sleep at all.

The room was very spacious. Had a very comfy large bed. Big and powerful shower. Large separate kitchen /lounge The apartment had a wow factor but that's about it. Outside of the room the other facilities weren't as expected. Close to the centre about 15 min walk. Good size carpark and they let us keep the car there after check out as we had an evening flight.

The hotel only accepted payment in cash which was very inconvenient and not notified of before so did not plan for this. This therefore meant the cost had fluctuated since booking as was approx £20 more expensive on an already expensive room and I incurred cash withdrawal charges. The pool was not heated and so cold I didn't use it, I didn't see other guests using it either. There was a "hydro pool" which had bubbles for public use attached to the pool, which was also not heated and very unenjoyable. There was no hot tub which was one of the main factors for booking the apartment, so we were very disappointed. The hot tub was solely for the penthouse apartment. The breakfast was OK - there was good variety but it was not staffed so food ran out and the hot food was cold both mornings. They should either not offer it, or just advertise as a continental breakfast. The apartment said it was 5* more like 3* and was very over priced for what you got.

Such a chill place to stay. Lovely pool area, very peaceful and relaxing. Great location for the old town, beach and bus station. Staff were excellent, very friendly and nothing too much trouble.

A few small bits and pieces around the apartment needed attention but this was very minor.

Amazing apartments. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, allowed us to leave our luggage on the last day. Air conditioning was great, in all areas of apartment. The pool and jacuzzi were great, nice and cold to cool off in the heat. Towels provided on the sun loungers too. overall, great stay.

A beautiful apartment in Zadar, well worth the money

Everything! Lovely peaceful location, about a 10-15 walk from Old Town main square. The property was always spotlessly clean and there was plenty of room around the pool for everyone. The apartments were spacious and modern, with super cool air conditioning. Breakfast was simple, but plenty to choose from and very fresh. The staff were very helpful and always cleaning. We would return 100%.

Excellent apartment, in great condition and plenty of space. The pool was quiet and relaxing and we enjoyed the use of the hot tub on our balcony. We could walk to the old town in about 10 mins. Free parking was a huge bonus. They allowed us to check in to our room early which was helpful. Highly recommend Villa Morea!

Amazing Stay at Amazing Location (Neat Property with very friendly Staff)

Excellent Property and Superb location. Very friendly staff especially Martina. Amazing Pool/hot tub and outside area. Indeed, worth of money. Very neat and clean property. Fresh Towels are available all the time. They also allowed us to drop off luggage and use their services and pool areas when we had a flight in the late evening. They think big picture and are poised for customer satisfaction. All-time recommended.

WiFi speed was a bit patchy sometimes. Could be fixed. There are not many vegetarian options available in the breakfast. However, manageable.
