Excellent stay!

It's an absolutely lovely place. The heated pool is great, everything is a 5 to 10 minute walk and the host is lovely! The room is super clean and has everything you need. Zadar centre is very nice, getting a car is nice to see a lot of Croatia.

The room is a bit noisy from sounds of other apartments, resulting in sometimes we where up very early (and can't be helped with children). We went to bed earlier to beat the sounds, which solved the issue!

Handy terrace area to sit with evening drinks or breakfast. 10 minute walk to beach and a few great restaurants nearby plus a supermarket. Great A/C which was very welcome in 36 degree heat 🥵 Owners live in top apartment and other two apartments occupied. Friendly but felt adequate amount of privacy at the same time. Ideal break for my husband and I. Couldn't fault it 😎

Would have liked to be closer to old town (about 30 minute walk).Although Uber/Bolt easy to obtain.

Great stay at house luka

We loved our stay at this apartment! The swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. It’s fully equipped with a washing machine and ideally located—super close to Kolovare Beach, the supermarket and some stores. The intercity bus station is also only a 200m walk and took us to Split, Sibenic and Stari grad swiftly. Clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommended!

Close to bus station so easy to get to from airport. Apartment 1 is next to pool so walk straight out. Apartment was spacious and immaculate. Pool was well maintained and spotless

Great area to escape for a week.

A great area to stay as everything you could ask for is right by the step. Bus station and market 3 mins walk. Beaches 7 mins and old town 15mins walk. We thoroughly enjoy our short stay. Host are also friendly and helpful. Apartment tidy and fully equipped of what we need.

The pool seems deep and are not ideal for non swimmers like my wife.

The appartment was perfect and had everything you needed for your stay, a short walk from the old town and has a huge supermarket right next door. Maria was a brilliant host and also arranged a taxi for us back to the airport.

The pool is not heated but would probably be fine in the summer months as we were here at the end of October the water was very cold

Just the Wi-Fi repeater that they used in the apartment that faced the pool has to be placed in the bathroom so that all rooms receive a proper signal. They should just replace these simple repeaters with a Wi-Fi mesh system. Other than this, everything was absolutely exceptional!!!!!

Nice for a week holiday, good and tasty food, but we found Croatia quite expensive overall.

Quite close to the beach, we liked that. Very clean rooms. Very nice swimming pool, could have been just a bit bigger (too fast to reach both ends when swimming) The owners were very nice and even helped with a free drive to the airport.

Complicated on the 1st day to find the accommodation. There is no indication of the name of the property, and the address on Booking com is different from the one of the location. Even the delivery guy a few days later found it difficult to arrive, although he was guided by a local. We kind of dislike the number of lizards in the court yard. There were many, so watch your step ... There were many Cicadas (insects) as well. Way too nosy during daytime. We missed on the reservation that we had to pay cash, and we were taxed 10% on the amount redraw from the ATM by the "Hrvatska poštanska banka" - HPB - when we took cash out using American Dollars to KUNA exchange rate (we don't own a USD card). Be careful with this.

Property is right next to big supermarket. Walk to the public beach is only 10 mins and very continent. From the beach one can easily walk to the old city too.

Entrance is right from a busy Main Street and sat nav doesn’t easily locate the property.

Fabulous

Very clean, nice host, quiet place. Proximity to the Old City Center (aprox. 15 min to foot) and to beach (5 min). Beautiful yard. We enjoyed staying here and if we will ever come back in Zadar we will come here for sure! :)

Sehr erholsam, super Lage

Wir sind erst nach 22 Uhr angekommen. Das war kein Problem und der Schlüssel wurde für uns versteckt, sodass wir unkompliziert rein kamen. Die Vermieter waren bei Fragen jederzeit über Booking erreichbar und antworteten sehr schnell. Wir haben nach ein paar Tagen neue Handtücher bekommen. Nach Checkout konnten wir noch ein paar Stunden am Pool bleiben und uns die Zeit bis zum Flug vertreiben. Es war alles sehr sauber.

Erst auf Nachfrage ein paar Tage vor unserem Aufenthalt wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir bei Ankunft bar zahlen sollten. Wir hätten lieber überwiesen, statt so viel Geld mitzubringen, haben diese Möglichkeit aber nicht mehr erfragt.

Najlepszy apartament!

To był jeden z najlepszych apartamentów, w jakich byliśmy. Wszystko było IDEALNE. Basen, czystość pokoi, świetna łazienka, czuliśmy się jak w domu. Największe wrażenie zrobił na nas ogród… to jak cała roślinność tam wygląda - SZOK! Widać, że właściciele dbają o każdy szczegół! Lokalizacja również bardzo dogodna.

Nie ma ani jednej rzeczy, która nam się nie podobała.
