We stayed two nights at Apartment Karuzz Heated Jacuzzi in Zadar. I was genuinely impressed by how comfortable and well-kept this place is. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, without question, was the private heated jacuzzi—perfect after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to Kolovare Beach and about a 15-minute stroll to Zadar’s old town. Having shops and restaurants nearby made it really convenient, yet the neighborhood still felt peaceful. What really stood out was the warm hospitality. The host was kind, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly—from arrival to check-out. Overall, Apartment Karuzz felt like a home away from home. It’s perfect for couples or small families wanting a cozy, clean, and well-located spot in Zadar. I’d definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at apartment Karuzz. It exceeded our expectations and we were really happy with everything. The roof terrace was amazing and we loved the hot tub and the extremely comfy big chairs and sun loungers. We really loved the location as it was so near the beach and also a short walk into the old town. There was an amazing pizza place just behind the apartment which served other things as well but the pizzas were just incredible! The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well-equipped and the air conditioning was great as we had some very hot days. Just a fabulous apartment in a lovely area.

There was honestly nothing we didn't like! We had such a good week - really relaxing and the apartment was fabulous.

For sure its not the apertment from the pictures on booking. The owner has two apertpents but he is showing on booking just the better one.
