Excellent apartment

We had big delay as ryanair had problems with plane so host gave us clear instructions for self check in. It was 6 of us. We loved the place. Best locatiin to beach. Zadar about 25 min walk and apartment was clean and perfectly equipped. Looved it. It is also close to shop and another lovely restaurant down the road.

We couldn't have wished for more from the apartment or Zadar, our stay was very enjoyable.

Location was very good. 5 mins walk to the sea front and closest bar and restaurant. Local shop was about 20 yards away. 20 mins walk to Zadar old town. The property itself was superb. Very spacious, 2 very good sized comfortable bedrooms one on suite, large other bathroom/toilet/shower room. Fully equipped dining kitchen and a large lounge area. Outside there was a covered dining area and a hot tub. We didn't hire a car but the property has an ample private parking area. Despite a busy work schedule Lena took the time to pop to see us just after we arrived to check all was ok, which was nice of her.

Modern, well equipped and very clean apartment.

A large, modern apartment on the second floor. Everything you could need. Lots of quality kitchen equipment. Very clean and it smells nice, even the stairs up to our second floor. Lovely balcony to sit out. Two bathrooms, plenty of towels, toiletries. Two modern hairdryers. Furniture and doors are well made. TV is very good quality in lounge, Net Flix included. We didn't try the ones in the bedrooms. The building is in a gated court yard and it feels private. There is a well stocked shop for groceries, a minutes walk away. The beach is ten minutes walk and from there you can walk to the old town ( about 25 minutes) along the sea front. We used Uber taxis in the evening and the cost was never more than five euro, quite often less! I recommend to download the Uber app on phone. We also used Uber for the return airport taxi and it was much cheaper than the other taxi companies and you can see the cost before you accept and pay online. We went swimming a few times ( we took our own beach towels) and the best area is the first area of beach you come to, as the access is easier to get into the sea. The beaches are pebbly but the water is crystal clear and you can see fish. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend these apartments. Thank you for the bottle of wine and juice in the fridge when we arrived. Thank you Lena for making everything so clean and nice.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and really well equipped. Wonderful large and comfortable beds. Host was lovely and friendly too.

Excellent apartment in quiet location near to beach.

Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean and generous amounts of toiletries provided. Quiet location and attractive leafy outlook from balcony. Very handy for bus station and beaches. One of the best apartments we have stayed in and would highly recommend it.

There were intermittent issues with the power supply in part of the apartment which was down to the electricity supply company. Lena was very prompt to respond when we contacted her.

the apartment was tidy aesthetic and welcoming.

The property has great facilities, an excellent view and the owner was really helpful. I couldn’t recommend the accommodation enough. The beach nearest to the apartment is lovely and quiet and there’s a few busier ones nearby so it was really conveniently situated for beach trips. The apartment was well decorated and extremely well equipped for cooking and living.

the only thing we could find as a criticism was that the bathroom door didn’t lock.

The proximity of a church, bells going off very early in the morning. :) Also it would be perfect if baby high chair was available to use, but we managed very well without it.

Quality apartment in nice neighbourhood.

We were in the Zen Gold apartment which is the middle floor and we really loved it. It was top quality throughout and in a lovely neighbourhood. Every fixture and fitting, every piece of decoration, every appliance, every pillow and mattress were first class plus there was fantastic air con and as it was very hot when we visited we appreciated it immensely. We didn’t mind the church bells and we used the shop a few metres away for all our shopping. The sea is just a few minutes walk although it took us a while to find the short cut and there is a local pizzeria just 6 or 7 minutes walk away. It is about 25 minutes walk to the old town but we used Uber a lot as it was so hot and that was less than £4 a trip. It was certainly the most comfortable of the three apartments we had on this trip to Croatia and whilst there wasn’t a view there was still a great balcony and beautiful serenading by the local bird population and a leafy setting. Also Lena was very helpful throughout and allowed us early entry which was also appreciated. Thank you Lena

Superb

it was clean , well organised with true luxuries, in a village close to the sea. it is managed by a dedicated super host who is always willing to help the guests. The sea view from Zen blue balcony was spectacular and spent most of time in that area. We will stay again in the same apartment on our future trips to Zadar. Appartement is big, comfortable and fully equipped. Spacious, clear and silent. Information and photos presented in offer 100 % compatible with reality. Located near board of the sea & Kolovare Beach. We were treated friendly and received informations about clubs, restaurants and nearest sights.

The apartment is big and clean. It has a fully equiped kitchen ,a big dinning table and a big screen TV with netflix account signed in. The beds are large and comfort. Shower water is hot and strong. 5 mins walk to the nerby beach. 1min to market. The best hotel I have stayed during my Croatia trip.

An amazing place to stay in Zadar.

Lena was waiting for us at the location. We could check in in the morning as opposed to the normal time from 15.00 hours. She showed us around the apartment and gave us a list of tips. The Superior appartement is big and classy. The beds are great, fully equipped kitchen and cosy balcony. A smaal convenience shop next to the apartment. Fifteen minutes walk from the old town.

Very Happy with my stay.

True Luxury. Beautifully laid out apartment, comfortable beds, showers, beautiful patio (ground fl apt). Accessible to Church, Groceries and 20 min walk to old town via the brach road with bars and restaurants along the way. Exceeded our expectations. On site parking and the grounds are beautiful as well

Tv did not have English and CNN etc. Only one TV in the bedrooms had all these channels. Living room and Master Bedroom did not

Een prachtig appartement op korte afstand van het strand

Het was een mooi ruim appartement met alle benodigdheden die je maar kunt bedenken.

Het enige wat we jammer vonden was; we hadden het bovenste appartement met een balkon waar het al snel te heet was. En een zonnedoek of scherm zou dan fijn zijn. Het appartement onder ons had dat wel. Dat was het enige wat jammer was.

Super lokalizacja, nowocześne urządzone mieszkanie z tarasem. Dużo ręczników na wyposażeniu. Wszelkie udogodnienia: od żelazka, suszarki, po ręczniki kuchenne, toster, zmywarka, pralka z osobną suszarką dostępna dla gości.. Plaża 5 minut przez boisko. Niedaleko pyszna restauracja. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Duża przestrzeń wspólna. Miejsce parkingowe pod wiatą.

Stosunkowo wczesne wymeldowanie (do 10). Niezależne od właścicieli, ale przestrzegam przed głośnymi dzwonami kościelnymi z rana (o 7). Ciasna druga łazienka, ale fajnie że była.

Super schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sehr moderne saubere Küche mit Induktionsherd, Backofen und Spühlmaschine. Zwei Bäder, zwei Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden. Klimaanlage war in jedem Zimmer. Man kann die Waschmaschine und den Trockner nutzen. Sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nur 5 Min zu Fuß bis zum Meer entfernt. Wir hatten die untere Wohnung mit der sehr schönen Terrasse und dem Highlight Wirlpool. Bisher war es die beste Wohnung in Kroatien, die wir hatten.

Zadar je naozaj krásny a odporúčame ho navštíviť, a tento apartmán odporúčam taktiež. :)

My sme boli štvorčlenná partia s 1,5 ročným dieťaťom a mali sme spodný apartmán s dvomi spálňami a jacuzzou. Jedna spálňa je hneď pri vstupe a má vlastnú kúpeľňu so sprchovým kútom a druhá spálňa má kúpeľňu hneď vedľa, je väčšia a disponuje aj vaňou aj sprchovým kútom. Ubytovanie boľo naozaj veľmi dobre vybavené, bolo tam naozaj všetko potrebné, bolo tam čisto a s majiteľkou sa dalo dobre komunikovať aj cez whatsapp. Ženy určite ocenia fén na vlasy, čiže nemusíte baliť. 🙂Funkčná wifina na apartmáne. 👍🏼 Malý obchodík bol naozaj asi minútu pešo hneď vedľa ubytovania, čiže potraviny a drogériu ste si mohli kedykoľvek dokúpiť. My sme mali apartmán s jacuzzou na terase a bolo to super :) je tam naozaj veľa komárov, takže sa treba pripraviť, ale to je tak po celom Chorvátsku, s tým nič nespravia :) ale apartmán je aj na toto pripravený, na terase nájdete citronelovú sviečku aj so zapaľovačom a vnútri niekoľko repelentov aj odpudzovačov do zástrčky, a naozaj to pomohlo, v noci nás neotravoval ani jeden komár. 👍🏼 k dispozícii máte čisté uteráky a práčku so sušičkou, čo sme opäť pri malom dieťati veľmi ocenili. V kuchyni okrem všetkého vybavenia sme mali aj základné koreniny, cukor, škoricu, sódu bikarbónu, dokonca aj med. Boli tam aj utierky, jar a hubky na riad. Poloha bola dobrá, všetko bolo relatívne blízko, na pláž to bolo asi 6-7 minút peši a určite odporúčam pláž Kolovare, aj pre deti, ale aj celkovo, bola najlepšia zo všetkých naokolo. Najbližšia reštaurácia je po ceste na pláž, potom dole pri pláži nájdete ďaľšie. Do centra sme išli autom, trvalo to asi 10 minút, veľmi dobre sa tam dá parkovať, je tam niekoľko platených parkovísk.

Jediné mínus boli matrace na posteliach, boli naozaj dosť mäkké, až sa do nich človek zabáral, ale to je asi o každého osobnej preferencii.

Fantastisch mooi ingericht appartement net buiten de oude stand vlakbij het Kolovare beach.

Fantastisch ingericht modern en goed uitgerust appartement. Prima bedden . Mooi balkon. Supermarktje om de hoek. Vlak bij paar kleine strandjes. 2 km van oude stad wat goed te lopen is langs de kust.

De host gaf weinig informatie , was niet erg gastvrij
