Wonderful time in a wonderful place.

We spent a family holiday in Ivona's apartment. Ivona greeted us very warmly. She took care of our comfort at every step. The apartment is located close to the old town and the beach. The location is excellent. The apartment looks identical to the pictures, it is very clean and well maintained, it has air conditioning. If you are in Zadar, be sure to stay in the Perlini apartment, you will definitely be satisfied. We highly recommend it. Ivona, you are a wonderful person!

The apartment was great! Very comfortable & clean which is the most important thing to me. It was nice & close to the old town & not too far from anything. The host was very lovely & excellent communication. Thank you for letting us stay!

There is some construction happening next door which just made it a little hard to get through to the apartment but the host was very accomodating in helping us & helping us find parking. Super appreciative!

Exceptional

This apartment is a jewellery box. Newly renovated with attention to detail and design, we felt instantly at home. We spent one week there and it was always such a good feeling to return after a long day at the beach. Ivona is such a great host - nice and helpful. Everything went smooth and we had a great time. Totally recommended!

The outside of the building is not so nice but the good parking and good location make up for it.

Extremely clean and very comfortable. The apartment is simple but very well decorated. We only spent one night and we recommend it.

The kitchen doesn't have salt, pepper and olive oil, but has all kitchen utensils for a simple meal.

Very good apartments. It's actually like-at-home and it has all you need for your comfort: fully equipped kitchen, clean and well-designed bath ( with the shells for your shampoos and other staff) . There is a private parking near from the building.

Cosy home near the old town..

The host was absolutely courteous and welcoming. Nothing was missing: apartment preheated, chocolate and fruit on the table and everything was lovingly decorated. It was spottless clean and in a calm surrounding. Top notch!

Najlepszy apartament, w jakim byłam

Spędziłam w apartamencie 6 dni i muszę przyznać, że wszystko było absolutnie idealne. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone – znajdowały się w nim wszystkie potrzebne naczynia, żele pod prysznic, kilka zestawów ręczników, a nawet środki do prania. Miłym gestem ze strony właścicielki Ivony było przygotowanie dla nas czekolady oraz mleka do kawy 😊 Zarówno podczas zameldowania, jak i w trakcie całego pobytu, Ivona była niezwykle pomocna – szybko odpowiadała na wszystkie pytania, polecała dobre restauracje, a nawet podsyłała wskazówki dotyczące dojścia do portu. Lokalizacja apartamentu również zasługuje na pochwałę – blisko do sklepów, dworca autobusowego oraz samego centrum Zadaru. Podróżuję sporo i mogę szczerze powiedzieć, że to był najlepszy apartament, w jakim miałam okazję się zatrzymać. Jeśli wrócę do Zadaru, na pewno wybiorę to miejsce ponownie i z przyjemnością polecę je znajomym.

Pobyt był udany

Obiekt był czysty, wszytko co potrzebowaliśmy znajdowało się na miejscu, wraz z czekającą na nas wodą w lodowce i ciastkami, przygotowanymi przez panią Iwonę - panią właścicielkę. Apartament znajduje się tuż przy samym starym mieście czy plaży miejskiej. Lokalizacja perfekcyjna. Pomimo tego, że budynek jest dość stary, a najbliższa okolica lekko rozkopana przez sąsiadującą budowe, proszę się nie zrazić, polecam to miejsce każdemu, a to przede wszystkim dzięki przesympatycznej pani właścicielce.

Розташування апартаментів неймовірно вдале, старе місто, пляж і торгові центри зовсім поруч. Івона - надзвичайний господар, залишила для нас все необхідне і навіть більше, і зробила максимум, щоб ми почувалися в квартирі як удома. В ній була вся необхідна техніка, вода, чай, кава, печиво... навіть зубна паста, яку потім донька помилково упакувала додому, за що перепрошуємо). Тут комфортно, чистісінько, доброзичливо. Рекомендуємо

Čistota! Kousek od historického centra a moře. Ubytovaní pro 2 dospělé a 2 děti (9,12) vyhovující. Hostitelka příjemná, ochotná, velmi komunikativní 👍

V okolí se staví, ale to je dočasné mínus. Hluk nebyl jen to kazilo první dojem.

franchement, tout était bien. Il est vrai qu'il y a des travaux aux alentours de l'immeuble ou se situe l'appartement, mais on n'a pas été gènés par le bruit. Quand ces travaux seront terminés, ce sera la perfection
