The property is brand new and clean.
Self check in detail is not clear enough, we have to phone the host to guide us to find our room. The furnitures in the room is too high for ordinary person to use.

Terraces were very nice, clean, kitchen had all the basics that you need. Location was good to walk into the old part of Zadar.
Wifi was very weak, even after being reset by the owner. Hot tub was a very small inflatable pool.

Първо -собственичката е изключително любезна и отговорна жена,прие ни в апартамента си много по-рано от обявеното време за настаняване,с нея имахме изключително лесна и бърза комуникация през целия наш престой.Настаняването беше изключително лесно,тя ни препоръча и много добър ресторант наблизо на първа линия до морето и до плажа.
Второ - изключително чисто,подредено,обзаведено с чисто нови мебели жилище.В него имаше абсолютно всички консумативи за нашия удобен престой, че даже имаше и неща, които собственичката изобщо не е длъжна да предоставя като- кафе,захар,олио,шампоан, душ гел и други.Апартаментът е с чудесна локация - зад автогарата,на пет минути пешеходно разстояние от болница,в близост до него е и марината,а това е изключително полезно.Морето и плажа са на 5 минути пеша.В близост има супермаркет с голямо разнообразие от продукти и естествено вода.
Трето- на разположение на гостите е огромна тераса с джакузи,шезлонги,голяма маса със столове и висящ голям яйцевиден стол в ъгъла.Терасата е стилно декорирана с растения и друга аранжировка.
Със сигурност бих препоръчала този апартамент на мои познати и бих се върнала отново в него.
Няма нещо, което да не ми харесва.Единственото,за което се сещам е,че няма асансьор и тежките куфари трябва да бъдат носени до 2 етаж на ръка

Très agréable appartement très propre et lumineux. La grande terrasse avec le jaccuzzi est un vrai bonus très agréable. Les indications ont été excellentes. Le quartier est calme et il suffit de 8 minutes de marche pour se rendre à la mer.
Pas de la faute de la propriétaire, mais nous avons eu droit à des travaux dans la maison mitoyenne avec marteau et perceuse dès 7h30 le matin...un samedi...
