Nice, clean, new, efficient, good linens and a very responsive host. A five minute walk to the central bus station where you can get a bus to other cities, Plitvice National Park, as well as within the city of Zadar.
As in many apartments in Croatia, there is no way of making coffee. With the help of the owner we were able to buy a French press that now we carry along with us.
Also just as a suggestion, have a gentle shower rather than turning on the water at full volume. This will be easier on the drain.

The property is brand new and clean.
Self check in detail is not clear enough, we have to phone the host to guide us to find our room. The furnitures in the room is too high for ordinary person to use.

Terraces were very nice, clean, kitchen had all the basics that you need. Location was good to walk into the old part of Zadar.
Wifi was very weak, even after being reset by the owner. Hot tub was a very small inflatable pool.
