Everything you need for a short stay

Lovely looking apartment. Good kitchen facilities. Excellent proximity to the Bus Station and a huge Spar.

No outside space , WiFi very hit and miss. Quite dark lacking natural light . A fair walk to the centre of Zadar but manageable.

Ordinary room, clean, although not very spacious. Everything was as described. Private parking is available for people who travel by a car.

King-size bed!

Perfect location, just next to bus station, room is quite spacios and kitchen well equipped, bed is really big and comfortable. What's more there is a small garden you can use to rest in the evening ;)

It's actually hard to sleep with AC on, as AC unit is placed just in front of bed. I understand it may be hard to re-arrange the room, however it should be possible to mount a separator or sth. In my case I hang a plastic bag on ceiling lamps and it helped a lot.

“Comfortable, quiet stay with everything I needed!”

This studio apartment in Zadar is a great option for travelers. It's just a few minutes from the main bus station and about a 25-minute walk to the Old Town, making it convenient yet peaceful. The unit is private, clean, and well-equipped with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Reliable WiFi, air conditioning, and a TV add comfort. While it's not right in the center, the quiet location and amenities make it a solid choice overall.

Good place to stay

Renata was very nice and waited for us until midnight to do the check in. It was also a quick drive to the city centre.

The toilet is a little bit small for a big guy like me, but it wasn't an issue.

We only stayed here for a very short night before flying back home. The lady of the house was friendly, showed us around and helped with directions for the beach. It is a good place to head to the airport and the beach is at 600 meters and shops at a minute walking. Exactly what we needed: a good bed and nice room on a good location.

Taking a shower is causing the complete bathroom to be flodded. So you need to pay attention of that. Also there are only few parking spots available at the appartment, in the street was parking for residence

Zimmer sieht so aus wie auf den Fotos, wir konnten unser Auto kostenlos auf dem privaten Parkplatz abstellen

Bad hat etwas merkwürdig gerochen, Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können Wir haben die Vermieter bei unserer Ankunft angerufen, doch da die Gastgeberin nicht gut Englisch konnte war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig, trotzdem sehr nette Leute und an sich für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen

La localisation de l'appartement pour un accès à moins de 5 minutes de la gare routière. Parfait pour transiter entre deux villes. Centre commercial à côté. Centre ville faisable à pied même si un peu éloigné de la vieille ville. La facilité de communication avec Renata.

Parcheggio privato sempre disponibile, posizione vicina a centro ed attività come centri commerciali, letto comodo. Pulito.

Arredamento poco curato. Aria condizionata di fatto non c'è in quanto esce solo aria fredda, va bene ma mi aspetto che ci sia disponibile un piumone se fa freddo.
