Wonderful spacious apartment. Maja was a great host who gave us all we needed, including barbecue facilities (and there were friendly neighbours around to help us set it up!)

Large accomodation, great value for money near the bus station. Owner very pleasant, good comfy bed and excellent kitchen and outside balcony with seating. Pleasant area with a few shops nearby. About a 20mins walk to centre.

Would make it easier if there was a hook to support shower head.

L'hôte était présent à notre arrivée. L'appartement est indépendant de sa maison, bien situé, dans un quartier calme. Commerces à proximité. 25 min à pied du quartier historique. Idéal pour un couple.

Lepusztultság, nyomasztó helyiségek, csótányok....rémálom! Semmiképp nem ajánlott!!!

jó környéken van, alapvetően csendes. Ennyi a pozitívum

Nem tudom, hogy hány helyiség van kiadó, de ahogy többen értékelésekben már írták, a Bookingos képeken NEM a 70nm-es szállás képei láthatóak. Azokat mutatom én a saját képeimmel. Bíztunk abban, hogy két éjszakára Bibinjéből - egy zajos, és előre foglalt és fizetett szállásról - majd Zadarba átjöhetünk végre pihenni.. Hát nem, nagyon nem. A ház legfelső teljes szintje volt a szálláshelyünk, afféle padlástér átalakítva, de soha nem befejezve! Félmegoldások, csövek, szürke fal foltok sok helyen. A teljes felső helyiségeket a befejezetlen munkák, és a nagy lepusztultság jellemzi. Horvátországban a félkész hazak adófizetési megúszások elsősorban, de itt nem ez a helyzet. Első éjszakánkon csótányok (!!!!) surrantak a felkapcsolt lámpánál a nagy helyiségben, ami végképp elvette a kedvem az egész helytől, és mérhetetlenül felbosszantott. A tulajdonos azt mondta, ezek a túloldalról jönnek...Egy lerohadt lakásban mindegy, van-e túloldali lakó, 3-4 cm-es kövér csótány nyilván nem egyedül lakik itt, sokad magával a résekben, csövekben, mindenhol... Ha nyáron betéved a nyitott ablakon pár bogár, az természetes, de ez nagyon nem az! 700+ foglalásom van csak a Bookingon, rengeteget utazom, de ilyen szintű helyet még komolyan mondom nem láttam. Nem is értem a 8+-os értékeléseket, komolyan, ez tévesztett meg minket is Mivel bankkártya nem szükséges a foglaláshoz, csak kp a helyszínen, számla nélkül, gyanítom engedély sincs erre (a szokásos HR kék Apartman tábla a csillagzattal sem látható sehol). A tulajdonos hiába kedves, az egész helyiség összességében egy lepusztult rémálom - nekünk abszolút az volt, és örülök, hogy sak két éjszakára foglaltam - ehhez a szinthez extrém magas áron. Fotók mellékelve a VALÓS szállásról. A Bookingnál emiatt bejelentést teszünk.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Zadar

Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Maja hat uns persönlich empfangen und war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und auch ideal für Gruppen oder Familien. Fußläufig sind Geschäfte und Busbahnhof gut zu erreichen.

Lokalizacja, bliski dworca autobusowego i zdała od ulicy. W okolicy blisko do sklepów a i spacerkiem do centrum niedaleko. Mili właściciele, spokojna okolica, cicha klimatyzacja, studio zlokalizowane w domku.

Może mogłaby być lepiej kuchnia wyposażona, choć była wystarczająca.

Apartament w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji. Do plaży Kolovare 15 min spacerkiem, na stare miasto 30 min. W pobliżu sklepy, restauracje, dworzec autobusowy. Bardzo miła Pani właścicielka. W apartamencie wyposażona kuchnia z balkonem, w łazience pralka.

Główna łazienka wymaga remontu.
