The pool for the price is excellent! There's a communal fridge to put food and drinks. It's clean and the staff onsite are friendly (don't speak much English). The building and room is well done and modern. AC available in the room, a good shower, space for luggage. And they will let you keep luggage onsite before or after checkout.
I would book again!
The mattress is too soft for my personal liking but it wasn't uncomfortable.
It's about a 30 minute walk from the old town. Still convenient but wear comfortable shoes.
It would be nice to be able to use the pool on checkout day only, if we still vacate the room.

It felt like a safe place and it has a free space for parking in front. Very clean.
We had some comunication problems with the host. First we asked until what time we could check in and received the answer “come whenever you want, drive slowly we are in Dalmatia now, not in Germany”. Then, around 22:15, he called irritated and told us off accusing us of being not correct and uncaring. No need to say that our night in Zadar was ruined. Anyway, we managed to get to the room which was all right. The day after, he tried to be polite but still reproached us what happened with a wiseacre attitude he could have avoided.
The center is not easily reached walking.
