Our stay was fantastic, there is about a 30 ish minute walk to old town but if you don’t fancy it bolts or uber is cheap and easy enough to get about.
There is a supermarket just across the road so very easy to get supplies and a kfc if you fancied it.
Vladimir the host of the property was fantastic sent us lots of information of things to do, see and eat during our stay, if we messaged he would get back to us very quickly. As we had a very early flight we booked a taxi through Vladimir, he gave us perfect timing for the flight. Couldn’t recommend enough for the price. Thank you very much for our stay.
The only slight thing we could possibly say was the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best, but nothing extreme, only a slight problem.

Location was great near supermarkets. Pool lovely, staff lovely.
On a busy road which could be noises but I barely noticed after the first night.

the room was clean, everyday you can take clean towels, toilet paper. there is a shared fridge, kettle. the pool was really warm even the sun was not out. staff is very friendly and helpful!

It felt like a safe place and it has a free space for parking in front. Very clean.
We had some comunication problems with the host. First we asked until what time we could check in and received the answer “come whenever you want, drive slowly we are in Dalmatia now, not in Germany”. Then, around 22:15, he called irritated and told us off accusing us of being not correct and uncaring. No need to say that our night in Zadar was ruined. Anyway, we managed to get to the room which was all right. The day after, he tried to be polite but still reproached us what happened with a wiseacre attitude he could have avoided.
The center is not easily reached walking.
