Ok stay in Zadar

- The host was kind enough to meet us even though we arrived a bit later than we intended - The place is about 9 min walking from a big mall and other shops in the area - About a 14 min Uber drive from the airport - The room size was ok. Can't say we used the kitchenette but there was one practically on the balcony.

- Our room was practically not represented in the photos but it looked similar I suppose.

Has potential but has issues to be resolved

The property is in a good location for visiting the area. We stayed in room 2 and, unfortunately, both the hallway and the bathroom emitted a sewage odour that was most unpleasant. Hopefully this is something that can be remedied for future guests.

The only apartments in Croatia that disappointed us

This is the only Croatian apartment during our summer holiday to which I gave such a low rating. Yes, they have a polite owner. Yes, they are neat and clean, no broken furniture. Yes, there is a well-equipped bathroom. It is a 20 minute walk to the city centre and a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (INTERSPAR). But our stay was marred by a number of drawbacks.

1) The electric cooker is unbearably slow. 2) Lack of a normal frying pan on which to fry eggs, omelettes, sausages, etc. 3) No microwave oven. 4) No electric kettle. 5) Lack of a hairdryer (this is the 21st century!) 6) There is no trash can in the bathroom. 7) Very small towels. 8) No teaspoons. 9) No household rags. 10) There was no shower gel (almost empty bottle), there was only shampoo.

The room is quite good, but not clean, we've found a beetle walking in the night.

Brbinji is a very beautiful city, we enjoyed the place.

The apartment we rented in Zadar had a problem with the toilet and we couldn't stay there. Nediljko offered us his bungalow in Brbinji. The accommodation was really basic and a bit expensive for its standards, but it was ok for one night. I wouldn't have stayed longer.

It was good to enjoy terrace... bathroom was really clean and well managed.

Space was a bit small... we booked for three. So we knew that one of our member will use sofa bed. But we didnt know that we have cups and dishes equiped only for two... but we enjoyed the place.

Room was very clean, have small kitchen and bacony, it was also air-conditioned. The building walking distance from the Zadar Center (around 2km), Near supermarket where you could do all necessary shopping. Owner was extremly helpful, airport transfer (even early morning) also available.

The owner has a parking that is so steep it damages the cars, upon asking why doesn't he puts something that could even it with the road he said he's waiting construction to sort it. I damaged my car

Comfortable for our short stay

The price is why we booked this place. it’s summertime and we booked last minute. The bed was comfortable but it’s just one strange sheet thing. The window shutters actually close fully to make the room very dark and the air conditioning works well. I’m not sure if there is Wi-Fi because we were mostly here just to sleep and we have data. Follow us @quenchyouradventure to see our travels.

The shower head does not have a holder so you’re just holding it and showering with 1 hand. The sheet could be softer.
