The owner was welcoming, she helped us with information about the restaurants, beaches and everything else we asked. The location is very close to the beach and very clean.

The sorounding area in certain locations(the local store) looks dodgy.

Ottima posizione vicino al mare e a 30 minuti di piacevole passeggiata dal centro di Zara passando per la spiaggia di Kolovare. Parcheggio disponibile. Appartamento completo di tutto quanto necessario, ben tenuto e ben pulito. Gradita la disponibilità di articoli da bagno (bagnoschiuma, deodorante, dentifricio, shampoo, crema solare, crema idratante, nettaorecchi, assorbenti, etc). Host (Vrdana) molto disponibile ad accontentare la nostra richiesta di check-in anticipato rispetto allo standard. A pochi passi da supermercato Konzum. Netflix e Wi-Fi al top.

Per un soggiorno extra, sarebbe gradita la presenza di un forno a microonde e di qualche pentola di piccola dimensione.

Nice location - close to beach and shops. Host let us get to the apartament 3 hours earlier. Lot of accessories in kitchen. Parking is on the yard with enough space.

I do not recommend to young people - there was no chance to stay late in the room. We've invited friends on the last day ( friday ) just to drink and speak. We didn't listen loud music, we didn't scream - just spoke but it was about 2 AM host came to us and very rudely get rid of us to go outside. I think walls are really thin. You pay for apartament in you vacation and just can't have fun.
