The apartment was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was a huge plus. The host was very friendly and helpful, gave us plenty of useful information, and recommended many great places to visit. The location was quite good, although we mostly used taxis, as they cost almost the same as bus tickets. The host also lent us beach towels, which was very convenient, and was always available whenever we needed anything. Thank you, Jossip! 😊
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a few days, and we had a comfortable and pleasant experience.

A great find in Zadar - well priced and in a good, quiet location, which is walkable to the beach and old town. Josip was extremely helpful as a host and went above and beyond and was there to answer any questions during the stay. Would highly recommend this property and would consider returning in the future.

Das Apartment war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Allerdings war die praktische Nutzung eingeschränkt (Schränke bis unter die Decke - für die vollständige Nutzung wäre eine Leiter nötig gewesen und im Bad befand sich das Waschbecken unmittelbar unter dem Hängeschrank, so dass man immer Probleme hatte, wenn man sich über dem Waschbecken waschen oder die Zähne putzen wollte).
Wir konnten das uns zugesagt Apartment Andria gar nicht nutzen (wir hätten eine Woche in dem uns ersatzweise angebotenen Nachbargebäude verbringen und dann für 5Tage noch einmal umziehen müssen, was wir abgelehnt haben). Daher fielen sowohl der angebotene Grill als auch die Sonnenterrasse (außer 2 Stühle und ein Tisch auf einem ca. 1m breiten Weg) weg. Außerdem war die Strandnähe auch nicht gegeben. Da die Leistungen nicht unserer Buchung entsprachen erwarten wir einen Ausgleich.
