Das Apartment war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Allerdings war die praktische Nutzung eingeschränkt (Schränke bis unter die Decke - für die vollständige Nutzung wäre eine Leiter nötig gewesen und im Bad befand sich das Waschbecken unmittelbar unter dem Hängeschrank, so dass man immer Probleme hatte, wenn man sich über dem Waschbecken waschen oder die Zähne putzen wollte).
Wir konnten das uns zugesagt Apartment Andria gar nicht nutzen (wir hätten eine Woche in dem uns ersatzweise angebotenen Nachbargebäude verbringen und dann für 5Tage noch einmal umziehen müssen, was wir abgelehnt haben). Daher fielen sowohl der angebotene Grill als auch die Sonnenterrasse (außer 2 Stühle und ein Tisch auf einem ca. 1m breiten Weg) weg. Außerdem war die Strandnähe auch nicht gegeben.
Da die Leistungen nicht unserer Buchung entsprachen erwarten wir einen Ausgleich.
