Many lightbulbs were burnt out in some rooms so it was a bit dark. One of the showers leaked so water poured out into the bathroom.

We highly recommend staying in this apartment!

A big thank you to the hosts for their wonderful hospitality! The apartment was perfect for our family holiday, especially having a balcony to relax on and air conditioning for comfort. The presence of two bathrooms was incredibly useful. We also appreciated the good, uninterrupted Wi-Fi and consistent hot water. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. However, it's conveniently located near grocery supermarkets and the bus station. The nearest beach is about a 30-minute walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Flat for short stays (if you can't find anything better)

It was located in a residential neighbourhood, so it was quiet at night. It was at a walkable distance to the city centre (20-25 minutes) and there were several supermarkets nearby.

There were sofa beds, no beds, and they were very uncomfortable. The apartment advertises that it has laundry services but this is not true. There are broken things (cupboard and curtain in the bedroom).

The apartment was clean, comfortable with a huge balcony and the staff was polite. They provided us with all the necessary amenities. It is walking distance to the old town.

Nice quiet location outside the city center, comfy beds and big balcony.

The apartments are in a neighbourhood around 20 minutes walk from the old town, in a quiet neighbourhood with large balconies and modern kitchen. There is also a cafe/restaurant on the ground floor.

There was only 1 AC unit in the flat in the living room, which meant that to cool off the bedroom we had to leave the door open otherwise it got very hot. Quite a walk from any amenities.

Great location and hot shower

The apartment is cozy with a balcony that you can have breakfast. Two restrooms are nice. Washing machine is included. The closest supermarket is around 3 minutes drive which is covenient. It is only 5 mins drive to Zadar old town.

The door is hard to open which usually take few minutes before entering the building. The room is located on 3rd floor which is not easy if you have heavy luggage. No elevator!

A beautiful old town steeped in history with several squares to sit and people watch. Nice bars , friendly people can’t

great place with a beautiful balcony which we still used in October. It very comfortable well equipped kitchen nice bathroom hot water. modern apartment.

The walk into town. We got a bit fed up after a couple days. We don’t mind walking and are fit but sometimes the 25min walkways a bit much. Ubers are brilliant and reliable to use but local taxis are expensive way more expensive than Ubers avoid if possible.

A good stay in Zadar

I have stayed at this apartment before. Im pleased to say the welcome and standard is just as great as before. The owners have improved the Wi-Fi since my stay last year; it is now stable, secure and fast. Any little issues I had during my stay were immediately responded to by the owners. Really helpful and welcoming people. I mostly communicate with the owners using the booking.com messaging feature, I never waited more than a few minutes for a reply.

There is a full sized kitchen with an oven, and as all shops and groceries were closed on Easter holiday, it was a big help for us. The terrace is big and the apartment is warm enough. The location is good, quiet and in the walking distance from the city centre.

Comfortable and modern

I have twice at this apartment, both times in a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment has plenty of room and is comfortable. There is free parking directly in front of the apartment building. The hosts are friendly and very helpful, any little issues I had were fixed quickly and with no problems. There is a big shopping centre at the end of the street, about 5 minutes walk. To walk to the old town is about 20 minutes and is an easy walk.

When the apartment building is busy with many guests, I experienced problems with the wifi, it became very slow and was dropping out. I brought this to the attention of the host and they said they would look into it. So I expect this wont be a usual problem.

Really nice accomodation

Everything was ok. The lady that owns the apartament doesn't really know english but we managed to understand each other. She was very kind. She waited for us even though we got there really late at night (11 pm) and gave us the keys. We were a group of 7 people and the price was really good for the whole apartment. We had 4 rooms available, 3 bathrooms, a huge living room with 2 sofas and a really well equiped kitchen. The parking area is in front of the house and has room for at least 4-5 cars so you're safe if you're coming by car. We'll definetly coming back the next time we're in Zadar!

Good option to stay, great location. Apartments are spacious, well equipped. Every apartments we lived in had 2 bathrooms. Nice furniture, you have everything you need. So, definitely recommend to stay. Host is very friendly.

The only thing I can complain about - door lockers are quite hard to figure out. That's it.

Super lokalita

Ubytovanie ma super polohu, len 5min pešo od City Galerie a cca 15 min od pláže alebo historického centra. Priamo pred domom parkovisko, tichá lokalita.Cítili sme sa príjemne a odporúčame.

Jediné čo nám chýbalo bol nejaký väčší nôž v kuchyni, resp.pri dlhšom pobyte by som odporúčala doplniť viac kuchynského vybavenia, ale my sme tu boli iba na 3 noci, takže to je ozaj iba drobnosť ☺️
