Pet friendly. View of the sea. Was very clean.

A little too compact for our needs. Not quite enough storage space. The water could have been hotter. Unfortunately temporary construction work was disturbing. As we were travelling out of season some nearby shops and restaurants were still closed. The sea view from the balcony overlooks single story houses below.

The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. The location is amazing - right on the water and within easy walking distance of restaurants, supermarket. The host is fantastic and is really interested in ensuring you have a great time in Zadar, recommending things to do and helping organise. A great place to stay.

Great location, clean and had everything you would need for a week or 2 holiday Air conditioning was a must ! Neven was very friendly with great recommendations

The mosquito nets on the windows needed fixing so you can have them open to allow a breeze. Apart from that, no complaints at all

Great apartment with beautiful sunset view

All was perfect, room was warm when we came, the owner gave us a lot of tips what to do, there was everything we needed in the apartment. Bed was comfortable, we slept really well. Beautiful sunset view from the balcony. Kitchen was equipped enough for a simple cooking. We had a really great week there.

A nicely decorated small apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. Nice view of the Zadar sunset. Clear arrival instructions and designated parking space. We stayed in November so one improvement could have been to have turned the heating on before we arrived-it was initially very cold.

Landlord was alittle intrusive. He was offered passport ID photos on arrival but insisted on coming upto the apartment when we were settled in and had a good look around and commented on me washing clothes etc. It felt we were living with the host as opposed to renting an apartment.

We had a lovely relaxing week in a beautiful picturesque area.

This newly refurbished apartment was really lovely. It was in a beautiful quiet location just a little outside of the main town. Our host Neven was superb. He was informative and willing to spend time with us to give us tips on getting around and places to see.

Friendly and helpful owner, Neven. Beautiful apartment with fun art, a great balcony to watch the sunset over the water, a wonderful kitchen with appliances, easy (and gorgeous) walk to grocery store and restaurants.

Nice stay in a beautiful surroundings

The location was great- very close to the seaside. The apartment was clean, well equipped and well decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing. The owner helped us to organise a trip to one of the islands - he gave us tips and booked a car to rent for us, which was nice of him.

The bathroom was a bit old and the water didn’t drain well. There was a coffee machine but no coffee capsules. The owner was nice, although a bit intrusive and extremely inflexible. He came without any notice at 9:30am at the day of check out (check out until 10am), what made me feel uncomfortable. I didn’t like some of the policies of the owner, but I’ll keep them to myself as a courtesy to the owner. There is no place to securely store your luggage - you can live in in the building but it’s open for everyone to access.

We loved the location: very close to the beach and a few nice restaurants, but it was also easy to reach the city by bus. It was a very nice aparment and lovely furnished.

We missed airconditioning in the bedroom. The living room did have airconditioning, but we didn't really need it there and it was too far from the bedroom.

Great view from the balcony, apartment is tastefully decorated and very clean. Great location, less than 2 mins to the beach. The host gave us recommendations where to eat nearby and interesting things to do in Zadar.

Perfect Location....Amazing in all aspects...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Basioli apartment. Mr. Basioli was very hospitable and easy to communicate with. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities you might need when staying for a longer time. It had a balcony and we were lucky to get the best view. The sea was a stone’s throw away! There are plenty of restaurants around and you can find a bakery and a small grocery store nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here.
