Great, modern, clean apartment, host is really kind and helpful. Bed is comfortable, our apartmant had 2 balconies, also a plus. The location is great, only few steps from the beach. Nice restaurant is also few steps. Very comfortable with kid. Also dog-friendly.
When your neighbors are loud, you will hear it, but it's normal in any apartmant..

I think it is a bit pricey given the size.
