It is only 3 km away from the sea, and there are several beaches available for older and younger generations. The villa is fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate a maximum of 10 and optimally 8 people and consists of the ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor, you will relax in the living room on a comfortable sofa, and there is also a table, stools, and a TV. If necessary, the sofa serves as an extra bed for two people. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and next to it is a modern kitchen. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with a shower. There is also a laundry room consisting of a washing machine, dryer and iron. You can also use a feeder and a baby cot if children are coming on holiday together with you. On the upper floor, you will be greeted by three spacious bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Also, on the upper floor, there is a balcony with a table and chairs. The outdoor terrace will delight you because you will be able to refresh yourself in a pool of 25 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. You will sunbathe on 5 deck chairs, and read your favourite reading material. On the terrace there is also a shower, an outdoor dining table for 10 people, and a charcoal grill, and children will have fun on the trampoline, swings, and slide. The yard is fully fenced, and inside of it, there are 4 private parking spaces.
