About this house rental
Stylishly furnished, fantastic sea views, private pool and only 200 m from the nearest beach - Villa Amy has everything for a real dream holiday! The location of the villa allows for relaxation, but also offers a variety of activities such as hiking, rafting and bungee jumping. This villa is the ideal accommodation for up to 10 people in 4 modern bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs are perfect for families as they consist of a room with a double bed and a gallery with two separate single beds. These two bedrooms also have a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of Novigrad Bay with a cup of coffee. A further two bedrooms are located on the light-flooded ground floor, where you will also find the main living space with kitchen, living and dining area. The large glass surfaces allow plenty of natural light and great sea views from every corner of the room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The second dining area is located on the covered terrace, where you can prepare your favourite dishes on the charcoal barbecue. The terrace is a great place to relax as it offers a lounge area, cosy sun loungers and of course the fabulous private pool. The villa is located in a quiet area, about 2 km from the nearest town, Maslenica. The location is quite unusual compared to most places on the Adriatic coast thanks to its special geographical position. The nearest beach is 200 metres from the villa, but you can also reach the coast if you head north (coast at the foot of the Velebit mountain) or south (Zadar area). The Zrmanja river canyon, which is famous for rafting, is only a few kilometres away from the villa. The most popular bungee jumping spot in the region is located on the Maslenica Bridge. The proximity of the mountains offers many opportunities for hikers. If you want to explore the surrounding area, we recommend visiting the historic town of Nin and the capital of the region, Zadar (both about 40 kilometres from the villa). In this part of Dalmatia there are 3 nature parks - Telaica, Northern Velebit and Vrana Lake, as well as 5 national parks - Paklenica, Plitvice, Kornati, Krka and Velebit, which make Zadar the best tourist area in Croatia.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien zwei Wochen in der schönen Villa Amy. Alles war sehr schön, super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die beleuchtete Poolanlage am Abend ist echt ein Highlight ... Zum Strand Male Vrulje ist es nicht weit, dort gibt es auch eine kleine Beach Bar. In Maslenica gibt es ein Restaurant, dass man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Zum Einkaufen lohnt es sich nach Zadar zu fahren, dort gibt es mehrere Lidl. Aber auch 10 Minuten vom Haus entfernt gibt es den einheimischen Supermarkt Plodine, dieser ist gut sortiert, jedoch preislich deutlich höher. Die Vermieter sind super lieb, haben uns sogar noch einen größeren Toaster vorbeigebracht 👍 ! Bei Fragen waren sie immer erreichbar und haben schnell geholfen. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und können das Haus nur empfehlen.
