The location of the apartment is amazing, with a beautiful view of the sea. The garden in front creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere – you can only hear the waves, and it’s not noisy at all. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. On the day of checkout, we had an issue because the roads were closed due to snow, and she offered us to stay longer in the apartment for free. That was truly very thoughtful.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Location is ok but not a quiet. A public parking in front of the property blocks views.
The host lady was good at communicating. I send messages ahead of time without any response. When we arrived there was one came to meet us as it supposed to. The room has mosquitoes and they did not prepared insects repellent for us until the next night I asked to.

The location is very good. Beach front, beautiful garden, easy to get to Zadar by bus. The station is just behind the corner.
Unfortunately, there were a few things we didn't like. First and foremost, it was not the balcony, but a porch, and from there you can't really see the sea because of trees growing just in front of it. Second, it needs deep cleaning because of the mold in the shower and around the bathroom window. Moreover, when showering water would not run down the drain fast enough, so you need to stand in the soapy water. That also is uncomfortable if you want to shower immediately after another person. Third, WiFi connection was basically non-existing, only sometimes working in the mornings. To top it up, we were asked to pay in cash, which was not stated when booking property. Furthermore, we needed to require the receipt and the host did not look very happy about it.
