It's a great place! Very clean air conditioned rooms with well equipped kitchen and good WiFi. Our apartament had a sea view. Walking distance to beach is only 2 minutes. Nice swimming pool open until late. The host - Jasmina is very kind and helpful!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Topesa in Zadar, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the owner, Jasmina. Jasmina's dedication to ensuring the utmost comfort and satisfaction of her guests was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. From offering helpful suggestions on local attractions and restaurants to arranging transportation and providing insightful recommendations, Jasmina's assistance was invaluable. The villa itself was stunning. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings truly created a luxurious and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, and I felt like I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What truly set Villa Topesa apart was the exceptional level of service. Jasmina's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel like a welcomed guest from the moment I stepped through the door. She was always available to answer any questions, provide assistance, and ensure that everything was perfect throughout my stay. The location of Villa Topesa was also ideal. Situated in Zadar, it offered a peaceful and serene setting, yet it was still conveniently close to the city center and all the attractions. Whether I wanted to explore the historic old town or relax on the nearby beaches, everything was within easy reach. I cannot recommend Villa Topesa enough. From the beautiful accommodations to the outstanding service provided by Jasmina, it was truly a memorable experience. lovely cute little apartment, cosy but had everything you need. pool was nice and clean with lots of sun beds. Also has a bbq in the apartment which we used. Host was so lovely & very very helpful and welcoming. she gave us lots of info and helped us book taxis etc. the apartment has a nice balcony with a sea view. Apartment is a few min walk from the sea/beach!

location isn’t bad it’s a 40-50 min walk to the centre or 5 min drive, buses in area are a bit unreliable. you can easily get Ubers/ taxis though or the walk is nice!

Very enjoyable trip

The flat was perfect for our group, very well equipped and a good amount of space. The apartment was really clean, and the balcony was perfect for evening dinner and drinks. Jasmina was a wonderful host, extremely helpful and accommodating. The pool area was also very well kept and quiet. The location of the property was also good for access into the centre of Zadar but in a quieter and more peaceful neighbourhood to relax.

Very good value for money. Our apartment was very well equipped and generally well organized and comfortable. Our host was very helpful, however not always available at place.

We couldn't enter the building several times because the key most probably was not changed in the key set.

Fantastic beach stay in an idyllic location

The pool is great, and heated so it was always temperate. The property is one row of houses back from the beach and so a number of beaches are very near (easy walking distance even with large bags etc) with access to everything you need. The flat itself is airconditioned in the main room and has a very large living space with a nice balcony. The owner and her staff were fantastic throughout! Highly recommended.

Spacious & Comfortable, but does not have sea views as promised

Nice comfortable appartement, very spacious lounge/kitchen area. High ceilings. Very clean. Convenient with a supermarket, bakery and a few restaurants near by. Good location if you have a car. 15 minutes to Zadar old town.

The bedrooms and the pool are small. The area is quite urban and the beach front lacks charm. Our biggest disappointment is the fact that the appartement was sold to us as ‘sea view apartment’ - this is the title of our booking! - when in fact you see a corner of sea from the balcony and in one bedroom when you bend but it is not facing the sea at all and it is removed from the beach with several layers of buildings in front of it. We think the description provided is disingenuous and recommend the host amends to avoid future disappointments.

De locatie is goed

We waren met 5 personen, waarvan 1 op de slaapbank moest slapen. In de kamer waren geen gordijnen aanwezig, dus volop zon! Dit kon niet verholpen worden en ook geen enkele tegemoetkoming etc. Alleen een sorry. Badkamer ook niet schoon en er wordt veel gerookt en dat ruik je. Erg verouderd allemaal en je betaalt teveel geld.
