Cozy and comfortable apartment

The house and the apartment is nice and cozy. Swimming pool is also nice and very clean, so is the apartment itself. We had an apartment on the first floor with a nice sea view from the balcony. It is really close to the beach, so basically U can relax on the sunbed next to the pool and just go to swim into the sea, if U would like. The bed in our apartment was very comfortable.

Fabulous Place

Exceptionally clean apartment a very short walk to the sea. Hosts were very friendly. They did not speak much English but had a great translation app, so it wasn't a problem.

It is hard to fault this place, but the pool was smaller than we expected. It is great for using to cool off, but it isn't big enough for swimming.

Perfect for a relaxing break

The apartment had everything I needed. The location was perfect. Lovely quiet pool and the sea and beach bar were just over the road. A wonderful location for morning coffee or a sunset drink. The small Tommy supermarket was 2 mins walk away. As was the bus stop. Google maps gives the bus times. It was quite a long walk to town, especially following the coastline. But it was a pleasant flat walk. All the local restaurants I went to were great. Beautiful views and welcoming attentive staff. Food was good too. I didn't go into town in the evenings. I didn't really see the staff much but the pool was kept clean and new towels were on the loungers every day. A Bolt arrived v quickly to take me to the airport.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Set in a lovely location and spotlessly clean. Supermarket and bars about 250 yards away and a great bus service into the centre of Zadar.

Fab location, beautiful country, can’t wait to return!

Spacious rooms with excellent air con and black out blinds. Excellent location right next to the sea, 2 mins from a well stocked shop and close to a bus stop into Zadar. Pool and outside areas are clean and well maintained.

Interior is a little dated but it was clean and comfortable. Some plug sockets weren’t fully secured to the wall which was a bit of a worry with kids around. It’s a pebble beach, which is lovely, but there are no sunbeds for hire, if you’re hoping to lay on the beach all day invest in a foam mat.

Great

We booked an apartment for a group of three friends, young on vacation. Everything went smoothly from reservation to check-out. The place was very clean, conveniently furnished with a full kitchen. We were close to the beach and we enjoyed the pool. We are not noisy, and found the place was calm, too, but friendly and near all attractions in Zadar.

The location is great. Literally a few metres to the sea. Nice small pool with plenty of sun loungers and daily clean towels.

Room felt rather dated and compact. A bit of a freshen up of the decor would transform this place from good to great.

Good value for many, we would

We loved the hospitality, the lady in the office was super friendly, the owner was fantastic, both being bikers we had what to talk about. Location is perfect, literally 30 meters away from the beach. Balcony was nice and it had a rack for drying clothes. Also I have to mention that the facilities were superbly cleaned.

We stayed in the apartment no.4 and even though the villa is all beautiful from the outside, I would say the apartments do need a refreshing as it looks kinda old and out-dated

very few bars/restaurants . No change of sheets/towels. Two families from hell arrived and commandeered the pool. Left a day early to get a room in town.

Superb

Had the most amazing stay with my friend. The host was amazing from start to finish 😊he couldn’t speak much English but we still managed to communicate without any hassle. He also let us borrow his paddle board and welcomed us with a drink after arrival. 2min walk to beach and shops, would 100% recommend the stay.

Beds were abit uncomfy but apart from that the apartment was nice.

Très belle location toute proche de la plage, avec toutes les commodités à proximité, boulangerie, épicerie, restaurants et supers bars. La piscine est un plus et notre hôte était très sympathique.

Heerlijk, relaxed en luxe.

Erg vriendelijke mensen. Fijn verblijf. Is een mooi appartement en mooie locatie in een fijne buurt. Is niet heel dicht bij de stad(als je moet lopen), maar met de bus ben je er zo. Fijne kamers, goed bed en heel fijn appartement met alle benodigdheden. Het zwembad was een luxe om gebruik van te maken. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer naar toe gaan.

Dla nas świetna lokalizacja. Cisza, blisko sklep, kawiarnie, restauracje. Basen czysty- używany przez naszych chłopaków nawet w nocy. Taras z grillem i pięknym widokiem na morze i zachód słońca. Gospodarz Władysław pomocny, panie z agencji również. Byliśmy w 8 osób- wzięliśmy transport z lotniska oferowany przez biuro. Kierowca bardzo uprzejmy, opowiadał gdzie i co. Mówi po angielsku. Na Stare Miasto poszliśmy spacerem. Wróciliśmy autobusem pod sam dom. Super
