I Will be back on the same spot

It's very difficult when we travel and feel at home in the hotel or apartment we stay in, but in this apartment I felt like I was at home and Mario was very friendly and showed great hospitality from the beginning, and the location is very privileged. I will definitely return to stay in the same apartment. Congratulations!

It's quite confusing for taxi drivers to find the house number.

Great apartment for family holiday

Mario is really great host - friendly and very helpful. He can arrange transfer to/from the airport even at very late/early hours. The location of apartment is great for family holiday - 2 minutes walk from the beach. Supermarket and few very good restaurants are close to the apartment. Old town is a bit further away, but it is not a problem, because you can go there by bus nr. 8 or Uber. The apartment was very clean and there was everything we needed. It was a pleasure to stay there and I definitely recommend this place :)

Very clean, close to beach and supermarket. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning was a godsend.

I know it states laundry was extra cost however I would have preferred a washing machine in the apartment and it would have been perfect.

The host was communicative and helpful. The apartment was well equipped, in a quiet part of town, near the beach. There were no mosquitoes:-), no noise. We slept well there. If you are looking for a stay in a nice part of town with a equipped beach and you have a car to drive to the historic center of Zadar, go for it.

Definitely recommend.

Beach was close and clean, unfurtunatelly we could visit more because of sick childen :), host was nice and took care of everything we need even let us stayed longer on day of depature w/o charging. Apparment was big enough for 7 people, two bathrooms, kids specially enjoyed connected balcony. We had some water leaked during one big storm (it was huge wind) so I recommend to close blindings too, but during normal rain it is not needed.

Closest beach was free but too close from road. Other one cost about 15 HRK. Otherwise you have to walk a little :) In one of bathrooms was sometimes pretty warm and damp, dont know why.

Bardzo ładny i przytulny apartament! Wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy było w wyposażeniu pokoju i łazienki. Czysto i schludnie! Pan Mario właściciel - bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny! Pobyt był udany! Jeśli wrócimy do tego miasta to tylko tutaj!

Все супер. Владелец Марио очень хороший и добрый человек. Всегда был на связи. Сам лично с аэропорта забрал и потом же отвез по цене ниже такси. Все показал, сбросил всю информацию про рестораны и магазины. Апартаменты шикарные, все новое и в красивом оформлении. До моря 5 минут пешком с ребенком. Пляж отличный.

Прекрасне місце розташування - дуже близько до самого гарного пляжу Задару "Борек". Від апартаментів до моря приблизно 800 метрів. Поруч новий супермаркет. Самі апартаменти світлі чисті, мають 2 балкони, 2 ванні кімнати та все необхідне обладнання для приготування їжі. З інтернетом проблем не було - прцював добре. Дуже приємний госоподар Маріо. Все було супер!

Не було гелю для душу та мила для рук. Було б комфортніше, якщо б вони були.

Nasz pobyt był absolutnie fantastyczny od początku do końca!

Apartament był przestronny, nowoczesny i nieskazitelnie czysty. Wnętrze było urządzone ze smakiem, a wszystkie udogodnienia były na najwyższym poziomie. Kuchnia była w pełni wyposażona, co pozwoliło nam na przygotowywanie posiłków, kiedy tylko mieliśmy na to ochotę. Duży balkon z widokiem na morze był idealnym miejscem na poranną kawę i wieczorne relaksowanie się po dniu pełnym zwiedzania. Lokalizacja apartamentu była doskonała – blisko zarówno do plaży, jak i do głównych atrakcji Zadaru. Ciche i spokojne otoczenie pozwoliło nam na pełen relaks, jednocześnie mając łatwy dostęp do wszystkiego, co miasto ma do zaoferowania. Największym atutem był jednak nasz gospodarz. Był niesamowicie gościnny i zawsze chętny do pomocy. Od pierwszego kontaktu aż po nasze pożegnanie, wykazywał się profesjonalizmem i uprzejmością. Odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze pytania, udzielał cennych wskazówek dotyczących lokalnych restauracji i atrakcji, a także zadbał o to, aby nasz pobyt był jak najbardziej komfortowy. Jego serdeczność i zaangażowanie sprawiły, że czuliśmy się mile widziani i zaopiekowani. Serdecznie polecam ten apartament każdemu, kto planuje wizytę w Zadarze. To idealne miejsce na relaksujący i bezproblemowy wypoczynek, a dzięki wspaniałemu gospodarzowi poczujecie się jak w domu. Na pewno wrócimy tu przy naszej następnej wizycie w Chorwacji!
