Well-managed, clean, comfortable apartment. + We asked and were allowed for an early check-in + The host arranged a good airport shuttle service for us + They turned on the AC before we arrived, so we could have a nice cool flat + There was a bed topper on the living room couch sofa which was a really nice touch to make it more comfortable + Our apartment was quite small but well equipped - the AC was a modern, robust one, kitchen appliances were great (filter coffee maker with coffee and filters, pans, cuttleries, microwave, toaster, papertowel, medium-sized fridge and freezer), towels, extra blanket + there are 2 shops (studenac and tommy) 5 min by walk (avoid studenac) + Beach is 5 min by walk, though you need to go further (10-15 min) for shades/trees/beach for small kids with sand + Bus 8 goes to the old town and has a atop a few min by walk from the accomodation + Communication with the host was easy and fast, they helped with anything we asked for + They've provided a good quality travel cot upon request

Nothing really, we were very happy with our choice, it is a well-managed apartment. Some practical things to know: Check in/out times are 3pm - 9am, which is not the best. They were kind enough to let us in earlier, and let us check out by 10am, so I think it is more of a 'just to be sure' thing from the accomodation for busier times, but worth to know. Check the pictures for the specific room to see what you've picked, because in the main photo carousel there are pics from a lot of different rooms.

Everything was exactly as described. The host was very welcoming. I arrived in Zadar earlier, and it was very kind of them to let me check in before the official check-in time. Thank you for that! :)

I think the only thing I missed was a few hooks for towels or an outdoor drying rack for wet clothes and towels. Otherwise, everything was great!

O cazare frumoasă, în care ne-am simțit foarte bine. Aproape de plajă, la 4-5 minute, stație de autobuz la 10 minute, parcare în curte, utilată cu tot ce a fost nevoie pentru a avea un sejur plăcut. Mario a fost extrem de ospitalier și îi mulțumim!

Nu este nimic care să nu ne fi plăcut.
