Lovely apartment to visit Zadar.

Nice apartment close to the beach and shops/restaurants. Host was lovely. Free parking. Nice balcony.

Blind in shower room needs fixing, other than that really good place to stay. Google maps sent us to the wrong location, when you turn onto the narrow road it’s 2nd left and 3rd property on the right iirc. 😉

A very nice apartment with very friendly hosts. A nice view to the Adria to see the sunset and a kitchen with everything you need if restaurants get too full.

Lovely Croats

If you want to experience a Croatian hospitality in it’s best form, you have to go here. Lovely people, great views and room better than you would expect. I recommend this place for anyone!

Very pleasant ground floor apartment.

Ground floor. Friendly helpful host. Parking in driveway. Everything needed in kitchen. Separate shower room and toilet room. Clean. Great for elderly and family. Porch has railing. Plug for charging in each bedroom above the bed (easy to reach).

Expensive for two people sharing a room, given two bedrooms. Difficult to find. TV hanging into path to bathroom that one could hit with the head. We didn't, thankfully! Suggest changing the TV holder ro be able to move it out of path. Water needed flushing from kitchen pipes before guests use it.

We had a really good time there, hopefully soon we’ll have another opportunity to visit the place!

The room was big, very nice and clean, there were plenty of towels, toilet papers and shower gel in the bathroom, including a home robe. The AC was somewhat “smart”, and changed the temperature itself to keep the room cool, but not very cold! It is very quiet around the property. The beach was 10min walking distance, there is a bus stop (bus No.8) close by (around 7-8min walking distance), which takes you straight to the old town. The staff was so friendly, one evening they surprised us guests with fresh pizza 🍕, they didn’t disturb anyone during the stay, even gave us a city map with drawings explaining where everything important was and gave us tips for which beach and restaurant is best!

There is a short path to the beach, and you have to go through grass and bushes to get to the main street. The good part is that it saves a few minutes of your walking to the beach!

There were plenty of free parking spots. The host was very friendly and the place was close to beach. The air conditioner and tv were exceptionally good.

The place clearly needs some renovation, especially bathroom part. It felt like some parts never changed from 80s or 90s. The price is high, but comparing with other accommodations it was Ok.

No check in after 10pm we arrived at midnight but was still greeted and seen into the room quickly and was given a map and the guy explained the best places to visit / eat etc...

Nice apartment near the beach

Amazing host, very kind. The room is nice, clean and well equipped. There's a huge bed and a balcony with view of the sea. The position is perfect if you want to go to the beach .

The walls are very thin, if you're lucky and have quiet neighbors you can sleep. Unfortunately not my case

Would stay again

This place is a real gem! The host and his mother are so sweet, not only they let us check-in early but made sure we were welcomed with a handshake and saw that everything was cleaned properly, cannot stress enough how nice of a reception we got! Amazing pressure in the shower and a private balcony to let our beach apparel dry. Far from city center but there are two buses that stop nearby so it's ok and it's a nice walk if you go by the coast.

We would say the only problem was that we didn't stay long enough to really enjoy the place so when booking make sure you stay more than one night.

A pleasant and comfortable place that I'd easily recommend.

Hosts were great, friendly and helpful. Showed us around the property and gave us some info on the area around, how to easily reach places in the city and what's worth checking out. The place is in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood and there is a beach extremely close to it. It has a place to park your car if you have one, and if not, there is a bus stop very close where you can get a bus and reach the center and old town. A pity that we stayed only for a day, but it is definitely a great choice of place to spend a week or two with your family/loved ones enjoying a nice vacation.

Super clean, great host, comfortable place

The host was amazing. We booked last minute and arrived 10 minutes later. Place super clean. We only stayed for one night on our way to a different town. Would stay here again. There is enough room for more people the 4 as we had. Place has all necessities you need for a comfortable vacay.

Mattresses are brand new but a bit harder for my personal taste. Rest of my family was fine with them.
