Very satisfied with the property overall and the host was excellent

Breakfast was not included in package and the property do not do food. Location is 300/400 meters from beach and supermarket and I felt the area was safe during both day time and night time

Little or no night life in the immediate area. Nearest restaurants over a kilometer away and only 1 local bar open at night in the immediate area. We found we needed a car though Uber does operate in the area.

I really liked the personal space – we stayed on the ground floor, and even though the hotel was full, we were not disturbed at all and could enjoy a truly restful stay. The apartment itself was very spacious, with two separate bedrooms and a living room. Each room had air conditioning, and everything was perfectly clean. There was also a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. The pool was clean, and the hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming. Another big plus was the private, large, fenced parking area.

The only tiny thing – in apartments of this level, there really should be some pepper in the kitchen. 😁

Perfect apartment with a perfect location

The host Ivana is really amazing and super helpful! When we arrived she explained us everything we could do around Zadar and gave us many useful tips. Whenever you have questions you can contact her and she replied immediately. The apartment is not the most modern one but it has everything you need and is very big and has an AC in each room. The location couldn't be better, it's a 5min walk to the beach and with Uber it's a 5-10min drive for 5€ to go to the oldtown. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Lovely pool area, spacious room and balcony but far from city centre

The pool area was lovely and also a very short walk to the sea which was nice. There are shops around (but they do close quite early). We did like that the room was completely separate to the kitchen/ living area, that there was a table inside and outside and the balcony was great!

When we arrived there were a lot of ants and mosquitos in the room and we spent ages getting rid of them. Then the fridge leaked and soaked the floor, the hot mopped it and pour a towel down but it was soaked. The location was a bit far from the city centre and couldn’t really walk it (over an hour nearly 2 hour) and lots of building work /desolate space around the property which obviously cannot be helped but still.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the beach and a 5-7e taxi to Zadar center, nice pool to cool down, very nice host - let us use their washing machine

A great place to stay.

The property was great and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The actual surrounding area had a reasonable amount of building work going on and therefore it was quite noisy when you were trying to relax around the pool. The hosts couldn't do anything about this.

Apartament bardzo czysty, wygodny, genialna lokalizacja 5 minut do sklepu, baru, piekarni. Właścicielka Ivana bardzo pomocna i kochana, odpowiadała na nasze pytania na Whatsapp, przy rezerwacji udzieliła mnóstwo informacji na temat tego co znajduje się dookoła i co warto zwiedzić. Dodatkowym plusem jest basen z którego można korzystać od 9-21. Duży parking za obiektem. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja w sypialni i salonie. Wszystkie niezbędne przybory w kuchni do codziennego użytku.

Bemötandet från värden Ivana var otroligt bra och välkomnande, hon berättade allt vi behövde veta om boendet och området direkt när vi kom. Hon svarade också snabbt på frågor på SMS om vi undrade något. Boendet i sig var också fräscht och mysigt.

De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en we kregen gelijk goede uitleg over wat te doen is in de omgeving. We hadden een ruim appartement op de begane grond met 2 slaapkamers en een eigen opgang. Het strand is op loopafstand en daar kun je bij het café voordelig ligstoelen en parasols huren. Het zwembad is klein maar prima, met fijne ligbedden.

Op de begane grond was geen “eigen” plek om buiten te zitten. Er stonden wel een tafel en stoelen maar je miste de privacy van een balkon.

Serdecznie polecam. Czysto, wygodnie a Gospodyni bardzo miłą i pomocna

Blisko morza, tylko jak w całej Chorwacji troszkę pod górę. Reszta bez zarzutu, klimatyzacja sprawna, Basen mały ale czysty , poprosiliśmy o dodatkowe ręczniki na plażę i dostaliśmy. Parking duży bez konieczności szukania miejsca.

Brakowało trochę tych kontaktów przy łóżku, które niby miały być i nie było kosmetyków, które są w opisie udogodnień .
