Comfort apartments in peaceful area Zadar - with garden

The apartment was very clean, modern, and cozy. There was plenty of space for all five of us, and it was fully equipped with everything we needed – we didn't miss a thing. The host, Matej, was exceptionally helpful, caring, and welcoming. He waited for us and personally greeted us despite our late evening arrival, which we greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout our stay – he responded to messages very quickly, spoke excellent English, and was easy to communicate with. The property was easy to find, and there was a convenient parking space available. There is also a grocery store nearby. The city center is a bit of a walk away and requires some strong legs, but the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and nothing disturbed our rest during the stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Appartamento confortevole con due camere matrimoniali, ognuna con terrazzino, ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura attrezzato. Pulitissimo con tutti i comfort, detersivo per lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asse da stiro, phon e parcheggio riservato. Silenzioso ben riscaldato e in una zona comodissima per visitare Zara e i suoi dintorni. Mattia il proprietario è gentilissimo. Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Despite our very late arrival, Matej was waiting for us and greeted us warmly, even taking the time to show us around the apartment. Matej and his family are truly wonderful people – kind, welcoming, and always eager to help. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. During our stay, my husband unfortunately sprained his ankle and was unable to walk. On our last day, we faced a problem because check-out was at 10 a.m. while our flight wasn’t until 9 p.m. Matej was incredibly thoughtful and offered us a spare apartment so we could comfortably wait for our flight. We are deeply grateful for his kindness and hospitality. Definitely, we will be back .
