The exterior has a lovely pool with sun loungers and a couple of lounge corners for sunbathing, reading a good book or just relaxing. The terrace with dining table and another seating area is perfect for a barbecue with fresh fish or meat, or simply to enjoy a good breakfast before exploring the town or beaches. If you enter the villa from this terrace, you will see a modern living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a small bar. Everything is lovingly decorated with modern details. Villa Neo has 3 bedrooms, all have double beds, one of them has an additional single bed and TV, another one has access to the balcony and TV. All rooms are air-conditioned. Two spacious bathrooms are well equipped, one with shower and washing machine, the other with bathtub.
