Quiet area, good parking spot and spacious well-equipped rooms made up for an easy stay

If you're with a car you'll love this because the parking spot is right in front of the door. We enjoyed the pleasant interior and the calm street. Apartment is 5 minutes straight up the street from the central bridge, so it's really easy to get around.

Perfect for a city break for two.

Comfortable apartment 5 minute walk from the harbour and the Old town. Shops are very close, including a large supermarket. Balcony gets the last of the day's light which is perfect for the evenings. Kitchenette is small but functional - we ate at restaurants most evenings but were perfectly able to cook for ourselves on the hob (no oven though). Host Marija was very welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely stay, thank you!

Small washing machine didn't seem to work, but this was a minor detail for us. We got a discounted price on a short-notice booking - would have been less affordable if it had been full price.

Our happy place in Zadar

The apartment is located on the top floor of a family house that is situated less than 10 minutes from the old town and most of the restaurants and places to walk. The apartment is great. The house owner Marija is also amazing. In addition to the apartment being extremely well furnished, cleaned and tidy, the host had paid attention to so many details that made our stay more than enjoyable. Also the apartment is well equipped with amenities of all kinds. What was really surprising was that there is a gym and a sauna in the basement. There are private parking spaces next to the house, which is extremely convenient for those travelling by car.

Lovely stay...

The appt was wonderful and nicely decorated... very cozy and have all what you need in holidays... coffee drinks food etc.... just 10min walk to the old town. Have a gym n sauna in the basement and a free parking. Mrs Marija is lovely and greeted us at our arrival. I would definitely recommend this place and rate it 5stars....

The bed was a bit hard and small but had a good sleep....

Well equipped kitchen. Good layout of rooms. Easy stroll into the old town with a good supermarket (Kaufland) nearby. Quiet area, slightly off main road. Gym downstairs is a real bonus, professional quality. Issues with wifi were easily resolved. Friendly host.

We booked this accomodation for our very special getaway in the hope that we receive value for the premium pricetag. We liked that it looked well spaced in the photos and it was fairly close to hotspots of Zadar.

The communication and approach from host and/or owner were not only spewing, it was outrageous,pompous. The apartment was in a very hot top floor with a very noisy AC system, which did not work only when we were occupying it, shower tub was flooded, and other ventilator was also worn out and making noise. I need to claim compensation for this experience!

Apartment is on excellent location, 5min by foot from the city centre and additional 15min and you are on the nice beach. there is gym in the ground floor, free for use. Parking included. The host is very nice and definitely recommend! :)

Lovely flat, good location.

Our host met us at the property and once showed to the room we paid for our stay in cash as per property policy. The flat itself was lovely, clean, modern and had all the facilities we could possibly need including a washing machine. Location is great a straight walk into Zadar city centre a mere 10 minutes away. Parking on site which was easy to access. Lovely balcony to sit out on with lots of sun.

Great to have a washing machine and tablets but not enough drying space on the rack. Boiler ran out of hot water quite quickly - prepare for quick hot showers or you could be caught out mid hair wash. Once we checked in our host was a little difficult to contact and we had to use email when asking if we could do a late check out which unfortunately could not be accommodated for.

Pleasant stay!

Appartment had everything we needed. Private parking was a big plus. Lidl (by car) and Kaufland supermarket (walk) were close. Zadar center only 10 min walk.

Doublebed was really small and no electricity when leaving appartment (only fridge stayed on). Dishwasher only worked at night

This Apartment is just a dream place!! I can recommend it to 100 %. All is brand new and with taste! At least 60 square meter. Two big Balconies with the whole day sunshine.. A fitness studio like in a 4-5 star Hotel. The apartment is located close to kaufland grocery and just 10 min walk to Old town. Also close to bus stop that can take you to main bus station or to Petrcane beaches.

Super apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, lokalizacja bardzo dogodna… spacerkiem do centrum 10 min, blisko też różne sklepy. Ale najlepsze są dwa tarasy super wyposażone.

Мы остались в полном восторге .Отдых прошел идеально.Хозяйка очень милая.Наш рейс был рано утром,нам любезно организовали трансфер из аэропорта и разрешили рано заселиться,поскольку рейс был утренний.Идеально чисто,стильный дизайн,очень уютно и все продумано до мелочей.Отдельно спасибо за контейнеры для еды,на пляж детям брать фрукты просто идеально.В квартире есть все необходимое для комфорта.Удобное расположение.Моя рекомендация относительно пляжа-ездить кораблем на остров Преко.От апартаментов 15 минут до пристани и билет на остров стоит 5 евро.Остров невероятный!!!Спасибо за незабываемый отпуск.С удовольствием будем всем рекомендовать!!

Piękny apartament, z dwoma balkonami, świetnie wyposażony. Czysto i przyjemnie. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum (spacerkiem 10 minut) i plaży Jadran Beach (19 minut spacerkiem). Bardzo sympatyczni i mili właściciele. Na pewno wrócimy :)

Super apartament, w pełni wyposażony na krótszy i dłuższy wypoczynek. Czystość, w łazience komplet ręczników i kosmetyków plus pralka. Kuchnia wyposażona w sprzęt AGD, przyprawy etc. Szybki internet. Błyskawiczne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie, elastyczne godziny. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do centrum i starego miasta, wokoło obiekty gastronomiczne i handlowe. Polecam z całego serducha. 😍🤗😍

Moderne, saubere Wohnung an guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, sauber und hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben zudem den kleinen Balkon geschätzt und die gute Lage - in 10 min zu Fuss zur Altstadt. Ich kann die Wohnung bei Marija und Goran sehr empfehlen!

Ruhig und zentral

Es war sooo ruhig dass es schon fast unglaublich war, denn ich n nur zehn Minuten war man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Es gab ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, durch Glaswand getrennt vom n Küche, und ein Schlafzimmer. Wer noch Fernseh schauen wollte störte den anderen nicht.
