Everything was exactly as described and matched the photos just as our needs (group of friends) perfectly. The kitchen was well-equipped, and laundry detergent was provided, which was a nice touch. The neighborhood is quiet, yet everything you need - a grocery store, bakery, and the beach - is just a few minutes' walk away. Good communication around key collection from a lock box.
