We had a lovely stay at Mrak. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need and was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There were lots of options at breakfast and the staff will also make an omelette or pancakes for you too if you would like. The beach and town were just a short walk away. The apartment block has some parking spaces but if there is no room there is also a large parking area across the road.
We initially had some worries about noise levels as the apartments are over the top of a busy restaurant, however, we didn’t really experience much issue with sound during our stay. The owners have done a decent job soundproofing the rooms.
The staff were helpful and pizzas in the restaurant were nice. Having the hot tub on the balcony area was really nice for relaxing in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again!
There was some kind of fancy colour changing light system that went around the big mirrors in the rooms. It was quite frustrating to use and I would have much preferred to have one big normal light on the ceiling so I could see properly while getting ready.

We enjoyed our two night stay at Mrak Zadar Exclusive. The apartments are on top of a restaurant, with a separate entrance and private parking. Our room was spacious and quiet with a large deck overlooking the city. Everything was new, modern and very comfortable. A variety of teas and coffees were available in our room. The breakfast was fabulous, omelette or pancakes made to order in addition to an assortment of fruits, meats, cheeses, and amazing croissants. The staff could not have been nicer. We left our car parked our entire stay and walked into town. It was a 45 minute brisk walk to the Sea Organ, 30 to the public beach. There is a public bus station nearby, but we did not explore that option.
Nothing!

Comfortable bed, good shower, decent amenities. Nice to have a restaurant on site.
We were on the top floor...4 flights up, no lift. Lots of stairs with suitcases.
