Really nice little guest house in great location for a stay in Skegness, within a stones throw of the promenade and main strip. Really friendly owners and atmosphere. Tasty breakfast.

The hosts were so lovely and friendly. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfasts were very nice, the ordering process is a great idea, had a good selection of cereals. The little extras in the rooms are such a lovely touch (slippers, wipes & packs of pocket tissues) our room was lovely, clean and spacious. We had a seaview. Thank you guys, we will definitely be back and will be recommending Clarence b&b. See you again soon.

I had a quiet room with comfy bed and soft pillows. plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits provided. lovely soft towels and really soft toilet paper. very clean place with friendly hosts serving delicious breakfast with a good selection to choose from. I strongly recommend this b and b.

Very nice b and b although was a little disappointed as we booked and pay the extra for a sea view room and the room is on the ground floor room 1 with a view of road so no sea view so very disappointed with that. Feel like false advertising as it was more money for that room with sea view and we didnt get that at all

This is an excellent bed and breakfast which we got for a bargain price compared to others, conveniently situated on the sea front, well equipped very clean rooms and lovely breakfast. I would have no hesitation recommending Clarence house and would stay here again without hesitation if I was to visit Skegness in the future.

I paid for my mum and my son to have a couple of nights break here. We had never stayed before but it was in a great location so I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did as my mum and my son have constantly told me how lovely the hotel was and how friendly the staff where. My son is autistic and a very fussy eater and was worried about breakfast but he was over the moon that they had no problem at all catering for him. From check in to check out they had the perfect stay. I cannot thank Clarence House enough for how well they looked after them! I will definitely be rebooking later in the year hopefully we will all be able to make it next time :-)

owner very over bearing and quite nasty requested . permission to use my small fridge because of daily injections i required. this was granted. then because my medication expired i was told quite nastily to remove my applience as i had 2 bottles of water in my unit and a small piece of ham. i was told in no uncertain terms to remove this immedietly as no food was allowed in the room...yet they put biscuits in your room every day. THIS is not food???? Never again what a terrible and expensive place to stay. in I had so looked forward to a week in Skeggness and that was ruined by the owners going into my room whilst im at work and scratching through my personal belongings

Truly outstanding in every way. Wish we could have stayed longer will definitely be returning from the comfort of the room all the little extras that you get in a 4 star hotel slippers and toiletries. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding the location was great. thank you for a relaxing stay.

Very friendly hosts. Great full cooked breakfast. Very accommodating with regards to checking in early and checking out late. Room was clean and quiet. location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
