Overall a very nice hotel and service is exceptional, but one thing that really was annoying is the helicopter tourist rides that land just next to teh hotel creating massive noice every fifth minute they come in and at either of the two hotel pools the noise was really really bad. Not very relaxing at all. From the waterpark (other side of hotel) you heard nothing.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. The check-in was efficient and friendly, and we will received an upgrade to a stunning room with a view over the sea and palm. The hotel is energetic with lots going on. It’s great for kids, we did the water park and post chambers, which were great fun. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with pastries a particular highlight. We ate in Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street, and although the food as just ok, the service was brilliant and they had a great musician and a little play area for our daughter. They were very welcoming and friendly. I also had a beer in the South American themed restaurant (I forget the name) and the live music and band was top drawer. I would recommend this hotel for a few days of fun for everyone.

The grandeur of the hotel is astonishing. The rooms are spacious, but I think they could be better automated, especially the air conditioning, which feels a bit outdated. The water park is the main attraction, and being able to access it as a hotel guest is a privilege. The aquariums are fabulous and better than many aquariums in big cities. The restaurants are good, and the breakfast is very diverse.

Super nice stay ! Food is a bit over price but still very good . the room had plenty of space for the Malloy of 4 and our room cleaner Jagat was very nice . The pools are huge and the fact that the water park was opened 30 minutes tonus before the public was a great value for our family !

We stayed on the Palms side and great views of the water and pool side. Checked in at 3pm and went straight to the Imperial club lounge where good variety of food. Then back at 5pm for nibbles and drinks…what a fabulous time we have had.Staff impeccable and friendly service all the time…a recommendation to stay here if you have a chance too.Thanks for a memorable time and experience and will be back fir sure.

The room had the view we requested, although we didn't find out until we booked in that The Point and the water show had all been demolished. We really enjoyed our stay but we think that there is a lack of evening live entertainment, especially for the children.

There was no usable balcony. No good entertainment. No gatherings for adult only. Night life needed. For adults that is visiting without kids. Some nice music drinks
