Unbearable value for location- lovely hotel.

Location and value are amazing! But thoughtful staff - Mae at the reception in particular - were the highlight. Mae walked us through the offerings at the hotel, which include a shot walk to their beach, a boat ride and more, and upgraded us when they had room! We aren’t even looking around again- we are just rebooking Aloft next time.

Bathroom sliding door didn’t have a lock. Sliding door to balcony also didn’t lock.

Comfy rooms, nice staff, wonderful heated pool. And great food. Nice beach and relatively quiet location but 30 minutes drive from most activities in Dubaï.

The Greek restaurant, the beach, comfy rooms, lunch buffet, proximity to the beach and the location

People smoking on the beach, was forced to prepay even with "pay at the property" option and staff unwilling to help with alternative payment methods even though Booking has approved, checked my parents into incorrect room category without verifying who stays where first (lots of check in problems overall, the staff needs better training), Mexican restaurant food was very average, breakfast was very repetitive and poor. The hotel is far from everything which was expected, the traffic is just awful.

Fabulous view and great rooms

The shuttle bus advertised isn't run by the hotel and it's a fight to get on as there's no organised queuing system. We were first to arrive but got pushed out of the way and couldn't get on. Really bad planning and hotel didn't care

Clean and comfortable

Rooms are comfortable and food is good, a bit repetitive if you stay with half-board like we did. Thematic restaurants were completely empty and having dinner there was a bit depressing. Hotel was empty as it was summer and low season, if it was full I believe it would have been impossible to use the pool, chairs or even tables at the restaurant. Beach is close by and nice, we didn’t use it much because of the heat, the pool was preferable. Staff was overall nice and attentive. It’s not a bad hotel, it’s not a great one either. Also, note the hotel is located at the end of the palm, the drive is long to get there and to leave.

The cleaning lady moving around and touching all our products and tooth brushes without absolutely no need was completely unnecessary and irritating. Assuming that we wanted connecting rooms when we were travelling with kids 21 and 17 years old was also not appropriate. Having assured us that the two nights we didn’t use would be refunded and then not going through with what they said was not cool at all and probably the reason why I will avoid this hotel chain in the future.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Efficient cleaning and always available to leave a towel or extra water if requested. Breakfast met the minimum requirements and staff was always open to extra requests if possible. Wifi also accessible on the beach. Parking always available. Cozy hotel

Rooms are cute, nice beddings, bathroom super and all normal facilities at your hand. Special mention for balcony with a splendid viev over Burj Al Arab, special thanks to Wissem, at receiving desk of the hotel. To mention that the staff are excellent and helpful all over. The general restaurant - even having not so many choices - has very tasty food - congratulations to chefs! We had breakfast and dinner and it was a delight. The private beach is excellent, even if you have to walk a little to get there - and the beer at the beach bar was super in the beautiful sunset!

Basement parking is a little crampy and no lift to hotel lobby.

The pool unfortunately is a little bit small, and the fact the we need to walk to the beach. However, if we take into consideration that this hotel is 4 stars only, we can live with it :)
