Excellent hotel both away and close enough from the buzz

The service - thank you to Mustafa at the reception for making our stay a memorable one. Facilities- we loved the beach, the pool and our room balcony facing the sea. The rooftop was great though we didn’t realise they don’t open until later in the afternoon so our plans for sunrise at the rooftop didn’t pan out.

We had a lovely experience with a driver who made us feel looked after. Plus the concierge staff were fantastic.

Peaceful Hotel at the End of the Palm with a Beautiful Beach

Pros: • Very quiet location at the end of the Palm Jumeirah, ideal for relaxation • Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained private beach • Hotel is stylish, well kept, and pleasantly small and manageable • Spacious and comfortable suites • Calm atmosphere, never felt crowded

Fantastic value for money, friendly people and great service.

Overall experience of the stay was excellent. Very happy with choice and people working in the hotel. Very focused on customers at all times.

Only one thing was sporadic and often very poor, this was the internet connection. Really struggled to get a stable connection on all appliances we had with us on the vacation.

Amazing stay for a tranquil holiday on the Palm Jumeirah.

The staff’s attention to detail was out of this world, going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed when we needed it. Everything was clean and well organised, and all the facilities were top notch.

It is quite far from the monorail connecting the Palm Jumeirah to mainland, but taxis are always close and cheap to take you there.

The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and easy beach access. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the accommodations were clean. Breakfast was appropriately timed and the variety of food was amazing.

Amazing tasty breakfast, a lot of fruits, drinks, coffee in bar. Room was great, we had a chance to see the ocean.

One night was very loud - there was a wedding on the beach very close to hotel so we cannot sleep till 3AM.

The staff were so courteous and helpful, whether it was front desk, restaurants, concierge or room service.

A rather pleasant stay at a reasonable price

The beach was rather nice and the staff were very kind

The room was not what we expected, the instant coffee instead of a proper coffee maker and I had a problem with the spa booking, although the staff did their best to make up for it

Not too big, nice pool, proximity to beach. Great staff, pool bar food excellent. Prices were quite good with happy hour and deals. Great rooftop bar.

Not enough pool chair for the guests and to make even worst people reserved the chairs very early in the morning and not all of them spend all the day at the pool. One day the housekeeper missed our room to make it.

Nice hotel, nice view, perfect for chilling

If you want to chill, to relax, this place is amazing, sea view, beach, swimming pool but very far from everything. There is an amazing hairdresser (Peter) in the hotel and you can do a lot of activities around the sea like jet ski etc... There is a shuttle which brings you directly to The Mall of the Emirates 4 times per day which is good. Even the staff are very nice and there is a WhatsApp number where you can reach them easily if needed. (Thank you all for your kindness)

Only the emergency alarm 🚨 who started ringing when I was in deep sleep 😂 for no emergency. If you plan to go down town, be careful of the traffic as the hotel is far from everything and it tooks almost 45min to reach Dubaï Mall. And 1h15 to reach the airport by car.

My stay at your wonderful hotel was an exceptional experience! The hotel is very beautiful and elegant, notable for its cleanliness in every corner. The best feature is its charming view of the sea, which provided me with relaxation and comfort, However, what truly made the stay unforgettable was the wonderful treatment from the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help at any time. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the receptionist, Mr. Suraj. He was extremely kind and his generosity was unmatched. He kindly offered me a complimentary upgrade to a wonderful room and surprised me with a delicious cake for my birthday! This generous gesture and attention to personal details exceeded all my expectations and made my birthday a very special celebration. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Suraj and the entire team for this wonderful stay. You don't just provide a room for accommodation, you create beautiful memories. I am certain that I will return very soon.

Good value and very nice location

The hotel was very nice and value for money. The staff service was excellent especially Mr Suraj and Mr Amine at the reception who were very helpful and welcoming. Thank you so much.

The place is fab. We stayed for 5 nights, booked 3 and loved it so stayed another 2. A big shout out to the staff who are just amazing, they treated us so well and our 9 month old. Special shout out to Han and Sila and all the breakfast staff who every morning made Archie feel so special. The pool, rooms, food etc is all excellent. We had room service too and very good.

Nothing to do with the resort, but the free shuttle bus for the area was always too packed to get on with a baby.

Beach vacation

We absolutely loved everything about our stay ! Would definitely recommend the half board. The room was comfortable and the pool and beach were clean and easily accrssible. The staff were so incredibly attentive and helpful. Some of the best service we have ever had.

The beach and pool close at 7, we understand why but during peak summer it would be great if it was extended to later.

For what we paid, we turned a blind eye to the areas that need addressed!

The staff were excellent. Comfortable bed and good sleep quality. Situated on the beach. At just under £100 a night with hearty buffet breakfast and sea view, was great value. Taxis were always on hand.

Towels and robes need replacing. The scum around the pool waterline needs cleaning and kept clean. Many areas of the hotel were tired and needed refurbishing. More seating in lobby.

Breakfast is amazing, don’t hesitate and add it to your stay. Beach and pool also lovely.

Rooms are small but still comfortable. You can’t really count on the shuttle to the mall as it can be late and you’re waiting under the sun, it’s terrible. Location is too far away but there’s always an uber waiting for you at the door.

Cleanliness, especially the balcony. I rented a room with a balcony but couldn't use it bcz it needed serious cleaning. Disappointing to say the least. Light switches are confusing and probably need repair Original room given to me had a problem with the door knob; this shouldn't happen, especially at a 5* hotel

Everything was good. Only the location distance from main city. Taxi cost very high. But it was in palm island. For palm island location very good. Food was great. Service was very good. All staffs were very good. One of the female staff in restaurant at dinner time sha was really very friendly and good.
