An exceptional stay with outstanding service and a truly welcoming atmosphere.

The breakfast was fantastic and definitely a highlight of our stay, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Even though our stay was short, they made it a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Being forced and having to pay for NYE party. Given the location, one always got a long commute to and from the Hotel to get off the Palm approx 20-30min coming and going.

The property itself is stunning! It doesn’t have the feeling of a “block”. Very easy access to everything, pool, beach, boardwalk, restaurants etc. all common areas are open, no feeling of walls!

Amazing and sumptuous breakfast, great fine dining restauarants including the in-room dining, pleasentness and peaceful ambience, courteous and happy staff giving always an positive vibe across the hotel.

Everything was exceptional. The only drawback this time for us was with the Games Room to have more games for adults and children to spend quality time as we had to stay inside the hotel due to the rain/wind weather (could not go for swimming in the pool/beach also). There could be more games like Carroms, arcade and board games, ...

great family stay, nice beach and onsite restaurent but could have some improvements

good beach, nice and secluded. check in was quick and nice fruit bowl and treats in our room was a good touch. We had the family suite which was incredibly spacious and good value for money. Staff were nice. onsite indian restaurent on lower floor was v tasty though menu was extensive and got a little confusing. beach bags and flip flops, as well as ice cooling boxes, water and lollies were a nice touch. Breakfast had a great range, id reccomend the dhosas from the a la carte. afternoon tea and coktail hur was a nice touch

after our rooms were serviced there was a strong smell of body odour. Check in wasnt super clear in that we only found out that afternoon tea, cocktail hour and a la cart menus at breakfast were an option on our last day, should be an easier way to tell residents about this maybe at checkin, in the rooms or when people turn up to breakfast? Hotel is VERY big which can feel a bit chaotic at breakfast and service at the beach was quite slow. Location can be quite far given traffic on certain days given its location on the palm. the food by thepool/at beach was quite unhealthy id reccomend some healthier options

Property was nice

There was a deal in Taj Exotica that if you spend more that 1000AED, they will add another 30% to it. No one informed us about it and when we were checking out, I saw a pamphlet that said this deal. I confirmed with the reception what was it. They said this cannot be availed now. No one informed me about it when I checked in and it was a loss of 300AED for us that could have easily been avoided. Taj should have informed this on the checkin. We spent more that 1000AED there.

The whole property was lovely. It was well taken care of and the staff were great. We had a crisis happen one night back in London and they were incredibly helpful in getting me access to my family

the staff are very responsive. The gym area and the spa

we had to ask for a the toiletries to be refilled. the room is small and had a very musty smell. the location, its right in the butt end of the palm and no uber really wanted to come out that far. There was no consistency in the turn down service, one night they decided to turn down and close the curtains lay out my husbands slippers and not refill mine as I had worn them in the spa. One night they left out fruit, they didnt the other nights. Some of the nuts at breakfast were stale.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Taj Exotica

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend stay at Taj Exotica to celebrate my fiancé's birthday. Staff were extremely kind and welcoming and we were even surprised with a birthday cake and bed set-up in our room for the occasion. The breakfast selection offered a nice variety to choose from and there was also a nice choice of restaurants for lunch or dinner. The pool and beach made for a nice setting to relax, as well as the indoor lounge where we enjoyed some fresh juices and snack.

Excellent Service with great attention to details. All staff are well trained with one mindset of guest centric service. Everything is planned and thought to make your stay pleasant and comfortable, small gestures such as providing cold water in a cool box at the swimming pool without requesting it and providing a shade umbrella with every sunbed. Very comfy bed and pillows. Beautiful and spacious lobby.
