The staff here are incredible. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate our honeymoon. I was so grateful for how hard they all worked and how kind they all were. We also got the breakfast service in our room, which was excellent, and they provided several drinks in the fridge for us for free. They shuttled us from the station and back to it, and we were even sent off by the staff at the end of our stay. So friendly and welcoming. Also, our deluxe suite had the private open air bath, and I can't recommend that enough. It was so relaxing and incredible. Lastly, I personally loved the toiletries and additional things that came with the room (shampoo, straightener, beverages, yukata, pajamas, etc.)

Our bathroom needed a little extra cleaning when we arrived, but the staff immediately fixed the issue. They also apologized more than once. That was the only thing that initially made me unsure of how I felt about the hotel at first, but at the end of the visit, I felt beyond happy with the service and room.

1. service is very good 2. even public spring is including indoor and outdoor, very nice 3. dinner and breakfast are very very amazing 4. a very large room with different partitions, well designed, we could enjoy high privacy, and nice view 5. it is near tourist information centre, we could rent bicycles in just minutes walk 6. people are nice here and we feel wholehearted service here
