Incredible service and welcome from staff, from the shuttle pickup at the Ogotoonsen station to our departure. The kaiseki dinner was out of this world! And the hot springs provided perfect relaxation at this moment in our trip. You should definitely enjoy getting pampered here!

Clean and comfortable stay. Good buffet breakfast.
Half board dinner; the staff is unable to explain the dish although the portion is big and value for money.

We stayed here for one night to decompress and rest mid our trip. The staff was super polite and going above and beyond. The highlight was definitely the food (both dinner and breakfast were delicious) and the private onsen in the room overlooking the lake. Our room was extra spacious. The yukatas provided were fun and a nice touch. We also used the shuttle service to the train station which was extremely convenient.
