For a budget friendly stay, this is the best option in Evansville.

Excellent value for the money. Beds are comfortable. Linens and towels very clean. Spacious rooms. Clean. Thus isn't a 5 star motel, but you will not find anything nearly this nice and comfortable for the money. I'll be staying here again whenever a need arises.

Facilities and parking lot could use some cleaning. But the rooms are clean and that's what counts. A few stray cigarette butts is a small thing compared to the value of this place. Rooms are clean and there's no smoking, which i like.

Didn't try it left before sun rise

The bath tub had urine or something all in it toilet was Very nasty there was stuff all on the walls the neighbors beat on the wall all night till 5am alot of people were screaming the smell when you walk into the room is bad I tried canceling my stay and couldn't I left after a few hrs on of first night i booked for two night's and didn't even stay one

The pics are very deceiving it is not as clean at all. The towels are stained, walls are so dirty, and the room smelled really weird as if there was rotten garlic in it. Sprayed anything you can think of and stop couldn’t get rid of it.

Easy check in and check out process

The room was FILTHY. immediate cloud of cigarette smell upon entering, flies hovering the beds, the tile floor stained the bottom of our socks orange/brown, the floor was also sticky in spots, several walls were covered in GOOP, including a POOPY HANDPRINT on the wall in the bathroom. The beds were so gross we slept on our luggage. The chain link lock was ripped off the door, and we felt unsafe. There was only a deadbolt on the door connecting us to the neighboring room. Smelt bad, felt bad, was a terrible night and the new lowest of lows we have ever stayed in. Would have left if we hadn’t checked in so late (around midnight)

The only positive part of this "stay" was the lady at the front desk. She was kind in conversation.

Once we got to our room, the first thing we noticed was the large amount of what looked like blood splatter on the wall that was painted over by a thin layer of paint. We lifted up the bed and noticed a lot of evidence of bed bugs. We left to our car immediately and were scared by the very sketchy activity in the parking lot. Didn't even go to the front desk for a refund out of fear. They say you get what you pay for, but I wouldn't stay here even if I was paid to.

My first room was extremely smoky old smelly smoke. I had to go to Walmart get pillows, pillowcases, and a mop in Pine-Sol so I spent the first half hour 45 minutes cleaning it was horrible. I couldn’t even believe that I chose that place. Also many bugs

Price. You get what you pay for. Hot water, comfie bed/clean ish bed. Nothing more. Floors very dirty, clean fridge/microwave. Basic. Lots of construction around hotel. Due to price and location I would stay again.

Find a different place to stay.

There was nothing to like in this place.

The place was dirty, my reservation was canceled by the staff and passed to a different customer by the time I arrive, for one night I paid over $170 with the fees they apply, I was told that the extra charges will be returned to my card next day and they only return $46 small part of it week later. Contract says different price on it and they charge completely different prices. The staff was extremity rude when I walked in to check in, the lady behind the counter point finger to me and told me to shush to that time when they will have time for me. When I ask for the room price they said,, every room is in the same price'' and that was a lie .There was a car with the alarm blasting every few minutes over the whole entire night and nothing was done by the staff. There was containers with the cigarettes butts by every other door outside of the rooms and trash was all over the place. Please see the pictures.

Fucking straight from the depths of hell

This hotel is the worst once in side the room it’s not great but managlbe . It’s everything outside the rm that is just gross. They charged my card 2x causing me to go into overdrafts costing me 163 plus being without money till Monday. They didn’t pay it back when it was their mistake an they care less for my troubles from losing $163. If I didn’t already have money issues at moment I would never have landed in that dump but since I did it cost more stress to my already shaky finances but again they can only say sorry or I will call u back but they don’t. Manager will not even get on the phone to speak to me. This bad review is not my final word with them though they will here from me everyday till I get over being thoroughly 😡. Don’t waste money or your life at this cesspool of the bottom of the barrel people that inhabit this rathole.

Bed was comfortable

Soap was still in the shower from the previous person who rented the room, shower ceiling was peeling, bathtub moved when you stood on it. My chain lock the screw for it was hanging half way out. I put my lunch box for work in the fridge and the fridge leaked all over my food.
