The kickback hour and breakfast was the only enjoyable/or for better words worth this stay

The staff did not handle rude, disrespectful, and inappropriate adults whom were harassing and bullying physically and verbally young children (11,11,12,14,yrs old children) in the pool to the extreme causing and resulting in the kids having to stop their enjoyment and fun in the pool and leave the pool area due to these issues. Staff, actually only the evening manager (3pm-11pm) did not handle this matter properly,effectively, correctly, or at all! He ONLY spoke with the adults causing the whole situation and all of the harassment to the children in the pool, yet he NEVER came and spoke with any of the adults for the children who were affected, impacted, and treated in completely unacceptable was what so ever! Instead when the issue was later addressed to him further, he stated, “I spoke with the other party and that is not what happened. I know so” as if he was calling us liars , yet he never came and addressed the issue with us, nor did he care to check on his guest (us) who were affected and who were wronged fully over this whole matter at all. He as a manager should have cared enough about his guest to address all parties, ESPECIALLY our side of the party as soon as he became aware of the situation. This was the huge and main issue during our stay, but other disrespect, and rudeness took place throughout this entire stay, from other guest, but mainly the rudeness, disrespect , and absolute non professionalism to the fullest came and was done by the man on the 3pm-11pm shift manager spot who was the main issue etc. I choose this hotel yearly for our annual stay at this time of year. However after this most current stay , I will never again book a stay here at this hotel location what so ever.

Nice breakfast and “happy hour” in the evening. All staff very friendly.

Not the property’s fault but our first two nights were disrupted by rowdy patrons from 2-4 am. Night staff did tell them several times to be quiet but to no avail. They should have been removed from property.

The staff was helpful and attentative. The pool and hot tub were great with a group of great guest and their kids that my daughter could play with. The room was clean and smelled fresh. I missed the dinner but it smelled great. Breakfast was filling and what I would expect as a continental. My next travel to Evansville will include staying here! It was extra convenient that the hotel is directly beside a golden corral as well.

I honestly cant express a single concern or thing I didnt like about my stay at the hotel. I was impressed with the room, amenities, staff, and location. Great job. Youve set the bar for hotels in the area!

Checkin was quick. The room was clean, the bed comfy and a good choice of pillows. Bathroom was a good size and clean. The Kickoff was really good Alfredo Pasta w/Chicken veggies & salad. Breakfast was very nice they did not over cook the eggs & good choices. They have vending & ice on every floor.

This Drury is by a pond. I would have liked to have a bench or two out there to sit and relax, away from the hotel. Needs a little more seating in the food area.

The sheets on our bed had obviously not been changed after the previous guest. They looked and smelled horrible!!

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, well-equipped gym, dinner and breakfast, beautiful decor throughout, ease of reservation/check-in/check-out process.

The front desk lady who checked us in was so wonderful! Breakfast staff was great as well. The bad part was the lady who served the drinks at dinner, she was very rude!! She told me daughter to get out of way as I was standing waiting for drinks. She flat out told my daughter she was in the way and needed to get out. My daughter was bawling and this took place in a room with a ton of people!! Very rude! The rest of the staff was great that's why I gave you a 3. Had it not been for her it would have been a 5 out of 5!

The property had a bar with free drink tickets and food from 5:30- 7pm the abr tender was accommodating and friendly

We had two friends in our group who had blood rains on their sheets and pillows, absolutely disgusting! Our toilet didn't flush unless you held down the handle, Not something the hotel could help but the restaurant next doors pins smelled like sewer water and poop!

Everyone of the staff members were excellent. So many free amenities @ Drury. Super friendly and clean.

The alarm in our room went off at 2:22 a.m. and it's attached to the bedside table so in the dark being startled awake trying to figure out how to turn it off or unplug it was a real challenge and by the end we were all wide awake. It was pretty disappointing but the great breakfast made up for it.

Parking lot was full of big trucks because of construction so there was limited parking.

I liked the breakfast buffet, It was well stocked.

The toilet could have been in better working order. The float that controls the water refilling the tank after flushing would stick most of the time when I flushed the toilet. I had to take the cover off the tank and jiggle the float so water would refill the tank.

It was nice, many choices. They could change the hot items. (We were there 4 days) The manager was there every day talking to patrons & wiping tables.
