A little less private than expected.

The space and cleanliness.

The shower did not work in the room we booked,so we were moved to another room with less space and smaller beds. There was a huge peep hole and gap between the door lock all the way to the floor. The gap was wide enough for any type of device to be slipped into our space invading our privacy or security. I used the ironing board to lean against the door ,blocking the light from the hallway and hopefully providing protection against hackers or privacy invaders.

Disappointed in the facility

Convenient location and accommodations met our needs

The stove didn’t work, the oven didn’t have a rack. The bed was missing a sheet and there was a clothing item under the couch/sleeper sofa.

Minor issues but I'd stay there again for the price

It was a great room for the price. Plenty of space and comfortable beds for our family. I love having a kitchen, because we usually have to bring our own food to eat due to allergies.

Breakfast was only sweet granola bars and muffins with soy in them, which my daughter is allergic to. I just wanted to mention it for anyone watching their sugar or has allergies. No decaf coffee option either. I like coffee, but I can't have caffeine. Dishes could've been cleaner when we got them, so make sure you ask for some soap.

The room was big

The room was nasty, and there were a lot of issues with the floor coming up by the tub in the restroom. The rugs as well, and it smelled like either mold during business hours, then as soon as certain office people left, all you could smell was Marijuana then you call in and all they tell you is that the smell has been verified to be from a room that burns sent candles!!! I had to get another place for the remainder of my stay

I hated my stay, I was very disappointed and uncomfortable.

I like the location of the hotel.

I didn’t like that the rooms wasn’t properly cleaned, the door didn’t look lock securely, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned.. it was littered with someone else’s hair, the toilet didn’t flush, and the bathroom sink was slow draining. The staff seemed “uninterested “ in my complaints.

Depressing

Only muffins, granola bars offered for breakfast. Old popsicles left in freezer. Refrigerator had sticky stain inside that could have been cleaned with a little effort. Rusted electric stove burners, extremely poor lighting, stained carpeting, a curtain for clothes closet door & child's plastic clothes hangers offered. Walls painted dark, dingy color.

had exactly what we needed. good location. staff was friendly, coffee was good.

when we checked in the fridge in our room wouldn’t shut, it had a little space and didn’t stay cold. we told the front desk right away, we were hoping they would switch our room but we stayed in that room the whole time. the fridge was one of the main reasons we stayed here. we ended up having to prop a chair to keep our groceries cold. also the towel rack in the bathroom was literally hanging by one side but we were able to stick it back to how it was supposed to be. upstairs neighbors were very loud but we were still able so sleep so we didn’t complain.

Passable

We had booked the hotel for seven days and expected the kitchen to be equipped like described on the contract, this was not the case. We had to ask on the reception to get these things but we were told they didn't have the toaster, no pot and no hair dryer and they couldn't do anything about it. We had to call the 800 number of the Extended Stay and complain about this situation. The next day we received these items. The rest of kitchen items were also in very limited number. We were told this is due to Corona but other hotels handle in much better way.

Clearly behind on repairs and corners being cut with cleaning.

The location is convenient, but there are also several other hotels right next door.

Their "10 point room inspection" is clearly not actually kept up. The room had an infestation of ants, gum or some other substance ground into the carpet in multiple places, a broken dishwasher, the toilet tank doesn't always fill on its own because of a clearly stuck float, both bedside lamps either have blown lights or just don't work and the other light fixtures in the room are so yellowed from age and lack of cleaning that even with every light it feels like the back room of a shady gentleman's club.

Front Office Dysfunction!!

First Impressions are everything!! Especially if you work at the front desk. The lazy staff checked me in with assigning a room on the 3rd floor near the exit stair way. My husband and I are Senior Citizens and my husband just had knee surgery. So front desk start being a little more concerned and proactive in asking or observing what customers need, instead of just taking their ID and credit card and handing them a card key. No smiles, No nothing. I can only say the Bed was the only thing that made this hotel stay just a little better. Bed slept well !!! Now the bathroom tub was terrible!!! It was old dirty and kept moving, as if it were going to fall through the floor !! It was like being on a roller coaster ride!!! The water pressure was also low, and smelled like rotten burnt eggs ! Just Insane!! No reason to complain!!! It generally doesn’t change anything!!! So with that being said ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here ! Nor will I ever come back !!
