The coffee was the best I've had at a hotel.

The elevator wreaked of cigarette smoke. The pillow cases were so wrinkled I checked for hair, thinking they had not been changed. The first bath towel I picked up off the shelf had a brown stain. There was one piece of trash still in the waistbasket when I arrived. There wasn't any cups/glasses in the room, so I had to go down to the breakfast area to get a cup so I could take my bedtime meds. The desk "chair" was a large footstool.

Nice, newly remodeled hotel, very clean, friendly staff excellent bedding

Breakfast was a little carb heavy. Would’ve been nice to see some fruit or granola. Cleanliness excellent very quiet. Everything new and fresh very nice.

Signage to find the place is not that great. Decorating in the hallway is not quite my taste, but at least it’s super clean. no cups in the room.

Decent for the price

Very friendly staff! Their pool is open. They serve coffee anytime. The beds were comfy and the room was cozy.

The hotel gave us 15% off for these inconveniences so they did the right thing. The first morning we stayed we were woken up by a dog barking at 6:45A. I picked a hotel that was not pet friendly due to my allergies. I was told the people were asked to leave as pets weren’t allowed but nevertheless was woke up way before I was ready. They are remodeling rooms. The second night we stayed we were woke up to hammering, sawing, drilling on both sides and across the hall from us. If you wake up early you’ll be fine if you’re a late sleeper definitely asked to be put in a room not near the remodeling.

Will probably find another hotel chain to accommodate and future needs.

The bed was comfortable. And the location was good for us.

I didn’t like they don’t make your beds or give you enough towels. Supposedly they come in and change your linens and make the bed every 3 days. They suggest you re-use your towels for 3 days as well. We arrived Friday and departed Monday and our bed or linens were never changed. They only supplied one towel a day for 2 guests.

Carpet in room was wet by fridge, found hair & used toiletries in shower that i didn't use, grit & water-spots on bathroom counter in arrival, very loud elevator doors, poor air conditioner in room
